Welcome to Bayspot 201K, this waterfront two bedroom condo located on 53rd street offers the perfect midtown location for your next vacation. Walking distance to many great restaurants and bars, and a quick bus ride down to the world famous boardwalk. This property has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room and private enclosed balcony with canal views. Three TV's available in the property with streaming capabilities. No pets and no smoking, occupancy is 6.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
