The Space:
This is one unit in a very large triplex just a few blocks to the beach. This three story unit has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4), a large loft area attached to one of the bedrooms (sleeps 5), a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room (sleeps 2), and a twin sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room (sleeps 1). So - the unit can sleep a total of 12 people in beds! This entire building has just been refurbished completely inside and out. New roof, exterior, AC units as well. New paint inside and out, all new flooring, appliances, and hot water heaters.

The pictures of the property look like they were took from when the house was first built. There were a lot of things that looked nothing like the picture. The sheets were pretty dirty, we found old food in the cabinets. But the communication with the renters was very good.

Needs lot of tlc

Was put in unit a. Pictures of this place are totally different than actual place. I am going to say that the pictures are from when the place first opened up. Unit a had alot of problems from functionality to electrical. Couches were really nasty didnt sit on them and were afraid to because they were broke. The coffee table was so unstable, put a bag on it and it about fell over. Carpet was pretty nasty looks like it had been in there for 40+ years. The list keeps going for unit a. Notified Reese and he did move us to unit B after staying one night in unit a. Unit b was lil nicer but not convenient for my older kids. Its a 3 bedroom but really only could utilize two of them. My son is 6'2" and needless to say the upstairs is only fit for really short people to be able to use. Ceiling upstairs is roughly 5' something. Reese tried to make things better but without really knowing how the units are its really hard for him to understand what issues these places have. Property manager must not check the places to check and see what issues they have. Lack of communication with the owner. Needs to hire a new cleaning person.
