For weekends or holidays, beautiful stone farmhouse in Burgundy (classified 3 stars) at 2 h 30 from Paris including the ground floor:
- A living room with stone walls, with fireplace, TV and WiFi.
- A dining room with decorative fireplace.dropoff Window
- A well fitted kitchen,
- A bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Upstairs:
- 2 bedrooms with 160 x 200 for the first and 140 x 190 with BB bed or child's request for the 2nd.
Dependence contiguous with direct access to the kitchen, used as garage with ping pong table. Enclosed courtyard of 150m2 in front of the house.

A Home from Home in Burgundy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three week stay at the Gite. From the warm welcome from Genevieve to comfort and peaceful location of the lovely Gite everything was to our liking. A perfect location to explore the wonderful Region of Burgundy. Genevieve was the perfect hostess, making us very welcome and supplying helpful information as to getting the best from our stay. We particularly liked the enclosed garden where our dog could roam without concern. Thank you again Genevieve for a lovely stay. It was nice to meet you, Laurent and the family. A bientôt.

Maison de charme accueillante et typique

Conforme à l'annonce, confortable et chaleureuse, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison. Très agréable avec des enfants, jardin et ping-pong pour se détendre et s'occuper. Très jolie longère tout confort, décorée avec le gout de l’authenticité. Belle cour close dans laquelle nous pouvions laisser notre chien en toute sécurité. Un accueil parfait et convivial, accompagné de confiture maison excellente, le top ! Le véhicule est indispensable pour les visites et les courses mais la région et l’hébergement le valent bien. Je recommande cette prestation.

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Das Esszimmer war toll. Breites Bett, gute Matratze. Der Garten war auch gemütlich um Zeit zu verbringen. Ideal auch für unseren Hund, weil das Grundstück komplett abgeschlossen ist.

Gîte tout confort au calme mais proche de jolis sites touristiques.

cette maison tout confort et très bien équipée située à Sennevoy le Bas nous a permis de visiter beaucoup de sites alentour : châteaux, cathédrales, abbayes, villages médiévaux, vignobles. Une semaine bien remplie avec des hôtes adorables et aux petits soins pour nous (confiture maison et gougères maison à notre arrivée). On tient vraiment à souligner leur gentillesse. Un grand merci à eux !

Tolles Objekt in zentraler Lage

Wir hatten 16 wundervolle Tage und können das Objekt nur wärmstens empfehlen. Das Haus lässt kaum Wünsche offen und die Vermieterin steht jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Haben täglich Ausflüge unternommen wiez.B. nach Auxerre, Chablis, Tonnerre, Montbard und Avallon. Aber auch Beaune, Dijon, Troyers und Sens sind sehr sehenswert und in 90 Minuten zu erreichen. ACHTUNG! Was nicht in der Ausschreibung steht, Sie aber erst bei der Übergabe der Schlüssel erfahren: Vor Ort sind noch die Endreinigung 40 Euro und die Stromkosten nach Verbrauch zu zahlen.

Sympatique gîte

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, quelques visites et curiosité à voir. Une découverte de bon vin de bourgogne. Notre gîte était très agréable et nous étions comme à la maison, rien ne manqué. Par contre un peu isolé en campagne. Notre hôte était très gentille, elle a pris soin de nous et nous acceuillis avec des petites friandises Le seul bémol c'est que dans le tarif de la location, l'électricité n'est pas comprise dedans. En comptant tout, le logement par le cite Abritel et l'électricité en plus cela fait un peu cher. Je recommande cette location pour les toutes personnes qui désirent se reposer.

Séjour super confort

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette maison où tout le confort y est ! Notre petit chien a beaucoup apprécié le jardin clos. Par temps d’hiver, la cheminée est appréciée. Beaucoup de choses à visiter aux alentours et Mme. Delmotte est adorable et sait reçevoir. Je vous conseille cette maison à 200%
