We absolutely loved our stay here, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the location right on the beach was perfect. I was worried about the space but it was more than comfortable for 10 adults. The kitchen was fully stocked with the exception of scissors and oven mitts, but otherwise had everything we need. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of extra towels. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Miami Beach

we enjoyed our vacation to Miami beach. This property was conveniently located next to the beach and the pools were nice. Lots of good places to eat nearby.

Family Holiday Stay

This was our first stay in Miami Beach and it was great. Hora made the trip an easy one. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the property and the option for 11 guests. Check-in was easy and the staff friendly. Our only concern was the elevators which were crowded for the complex and slow. Thanks to the Hora team for helping to make our vacation memorable.

Great for groups, solid B property

We had a nice time and the flat accommodated our large group. The apartment is clean and has towels and shampoo/soap with 2 nice large bedrooms, nice balcony, sunlight. The 3rd bedroom is the service room/converted closet with no windows or storage ok for young kids; 4th “room” is the living room. Little common space for the group to relax together inside. Could use recycling bin and instructions. The property is a little tired- frigid over a/c’d hallways and long waits for elevators and towels. The wrist bands for access are a bit finicky We had a nice time! warmspace.

Online false representation

The only part that I am kind of disappointed about, Is that they listed the property having more than two pools and the one pool is actually under construction currently which they should have mentioned and they also mentioned that they have a breakfast spot which they do not

Great place

Great place. Just was hard to get towels due to it being a private own property.

Impressive!

Beautiful condo, spacious and clean describes this spot. The condo is fully equipped for cooking& serving. It truly looks like the pictures from the website. The Alexander resort is amazing too. The beach is footsteps away, we loved it! Great family getaway, I would definitely return and/or recommend to others.

Friendcation 2019

The condo looks exactly like the pictures online. The check in process was easy. It was a total of 7 of us and there was plenty of room for each person. Our only issues were with the hotel and not owners of the condo.

We appreciate this favorable review and recognize that our unit is as described and our service is superior. We do strive to do our very best for our guests. The building is going through renovations and that is somewhat of an issue but generally not something that detracts from a wonderful experience.

It was very clean

It was really clean when we arrived didn’t like the fact that we didn’t get a clean up once a day or clean towels & rags but overall it was comfortable and up to date.
Response from VrboOwner on 6 March 2020
Sorry that you were under any impression that daily cleaning and replacement towels are included in the rental. We specifically state that these services are available upon request and at an additional cost. Unfair to give us a 3 star review when you praise everything else.
