LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This particular beach townhouse is conveniently at the front of the complex and offers GULF VIEWS from the front master bedroom and easy access to the beach (less than a minute walk) and pool. No elevators to mess with here! Just park your vehicle and walk right in.
This corner unit offers an open floor plan with lots of natural sunlight from the additional side windows. Easy access to the pool though the living room sliding glass doors.
The kitchen was completely updated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and fully stocked for guest enjoyment.
Gulf Winds East offers guest private beach access and a beachfront gazebo that overlooks the sugar white sand. Centrally located and convenient to shop (Destin Commons, Silver Sands,) and walk to restaurants such as Captain Dave's on the Gulf, Pompano Joes, Kenny D's and Whales Tale.

Fantastic!

Our family had a fantastic time vacationing at the crab shack. The condo is gorgeous and the location is perfect. The owners was great and responsive. Already booked for next year.

The Crab Shack

This is our second stay at the overall property and 1st in this unit. Very nice, fairly quiet though the pool is right outside the door which can be a plus or a minus depending on your point of view. We highly recommend this unit, spacious, 2.5 baths is a plus, no complaints.

When i saw this listing come on the market i knew it would be perfect for our family.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION .
We are locals and have lived here since the early 1980's. We have seen a lot of growth and believe there is no better place to be or better place to vacation. We are a family of 5 and have purchased Gulf Winds #16 and Summer Spell unit 203 because of their location of being on Scenic Hwy 98 and offers easy access to the beach for my kids.

Why they chose this property

We choose to purchase this particular beach townhome along the beach because we feel this is the best place to come and get away from our very busy life. We live just minutes away but don' t see any reason to travel to any other beaches when we have the Best Beaches in the world at our fingertips! Why go anywhere else.
Our townhouse is just steps from the Gulf Winds private beach access and easy accesses to Pompano Joes and Captain Dave's for lunch or dinner.

What makes this property unique

Located along Scenic Hwy 98 and offering the laid back beach life style. This area of Scenic Hwy 98 is not crowded an offers wide sidewalks for walking biking sidewalks along the beach. This particular beach town home offers private beach and gazebo access for guests. NO Crowds on the beach to worry about.
