About this property

Cozy and charming WATERFRONT cottage. Relax on the back patio and enjoy gorgeous sunsets and starry nights. New covered private dock to tie your boat to and over 200 feet of waterfront property. Lawn has a gentle slope to the lake so it is perfect for kids to run and play. Outdoor shower with hot water. Very quiet secluded area on the north end of the lake on an acre. There is a charcoal grill available and covered porch for dining outdoors and a fire pit for roasting s'mores.

Public boat ramp available a mile away at Rock Creek Camp.

Ample parking and there is a covered two car port. Mountain bike and hiking trails are a driving distance away.

Local amenities include: North 40 General Store and gas, Boondocks restaurant, Pizza Shack, and Naylor by the water for boat and jet ski rentals.

Awesome Place

Loved the property and the location right on the lake. The kids enjoyed swimming and the adults enjoyed the fishing. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, a perfect weekend getaway!

We had such a wonderful weekend at this beautiful and cozy lake house! It was the perfect space with everything we needed! Would highly recommend, we will definitely be coming back to visit soon!!

Rocker B Weekend

Our team was in town for the Rocker B baseball tournament, and a few of our families were able to stay at this property. It was perfect in all regards. Relaxing, great scenery, it held our three families easily. It was also a very short drive from the Rocker B complex. Would highly recommend anyone coming into the area!

Great property!

Had a spectacular time. The house is so clean and tidy. Well stocked. If you needed anything, I can guarantee you that they had it. Beautifully decorated. Only issue was there were several VERY LARGE spiders inside the house.

Lots of character, plenty of space for all, 3 generations...priceless

Great location on the lake. Lovely quirky older home with plenty of rooms for all. Love how you kept the older charm with the tin and wood ceilings. Even able to get my disabled hubby to the lake to swim. With 3 generations everyone was happy with lots of space and laughing and love and deep water swimming. Can't thank you enough for this beautiful place with amazing sunsets each evening. Only complaint is back bedroom needs another wall AC. Will definitely keep this place on the favorites list for the future.

Baseball & lake! Perfect combination.

Grandson was playing in tournament at Rocker B Ranch. Since there is always so much downtime between games we decided to stay on the lake so all the kids could have a good time. The house, location, view were perfect for our family. Plenty of room, docks were great to fish off her, lawn was sticker few and the perfect mat for gymnastics & games for the kids while adults sat on patio watching & enjoying a breathtaking sunset! Wonderful weekend!!!

We had a wonderful time! We had everything we needed, enough room, location was great and a lovely home! The back yard was great to play frisbee and football and the view was spectacular. An overall great experience!

If you like giant spiders in your bed, cockroaches, mice, and un-accommodating owners, this is 4 U.

RENTER BEWARE, Property is nowhere near the size of the pictures portrayed. SERIOUS INFESTATION problems resulting in non-relaxing vacation. Found giant spider tucked into the bedding (after I slept in for a night) cockroaches under the kids bunk beds, mice which one was caught in a trap which I had to deal with at 3AM, bugs from floor to ceiling (literally) and more and more giant spiders found in close proximity in the bedroom where my infant child was sleeping. Worst infestation I have ever seen and homeowner tired to use the COVID Pandemic as an excuse for monthly bug spraying service ceasing. That is something that a renter would like to know before bringing their family for vacation especially with an infant! I don't know about you, but if the roles were reversed and that was my home I would be severely embarrassed and try to do what ever I could to properly compensate the renter for their horrific experience. To my surprise, property owner couldn't care less and did absolutely nothing to rectify the numerous issues. Please look elsewhere if you want to have an enjoyable vacation at PK Lake. I have pictures to verify everything if you are interested.

Great Stay!

We had such a fun time at the Wilbanks home. They had every single thing we needed. AC worked so well. The dock was a total blast for our kids. We're thankful they opened their home to us. It was at the far north end of the lake so water was a little more muddy and pretty far from the main part of the lake but the house was great!

Great Family Vacation
