Immaculate home in a new, private, gated community with a shared clubhouse, community pool, and playground. BYOB: Bring your own boat to the community's private boat launch and docks reserved for residents only. Extra large driveway to accommodate all of your water toys! No boat? No worries - there are local boat and jet ski rentals nearby for your convenience!

Only 5 miles away from the Rocker B Ranch event venue and baseball facility. Just 10 minutes away from The Cliffs, which includes an award-winning public golf course, driving range, spa, and restaurant.

Home includes 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (walk-in showers and double sinks) and walk-in closets. Third bedroom has a queen bed, while the fourth room is a bunk room with two bunk beds. Pack n’play is also included. A large third bathroom has double sinks and a tub. All king and queen bedrooms include a workspace (desk and chair). There are front and back patios and a large fenced backyard for enjoying time outside. Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure propane tank for outdoor grill is off.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Primary Guest age 25+. Rental Agreement w/in 24 hrs of receipt. No 3rd party bookings. Primary Guest MUST be present during entire rental period.
Mailbox is not accessible to guests. Packages being delivered should only be sent to the front door/porch.
Garage and its contents are off limits to guests. Guests are required to park in the driveway. Driveway is large and can accommodate a boat trailer.

This house is large and comfortable. We had two families stay here and nobody felt cramped. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook our meals. Everything is new and in working order. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to get ahold of- we would stay here again if we are in the area.

This property is located in a small, gated community close in proximity to the Possum Kingdom Lake and Rocker B Ranch. The house is super clean and has everything you need for a weekend away. The host was great and was very detail-oriented, leading an awesome stay.

We loved this home! Great location just minutes from a private dock. This home comes stocked with essentials and little extras just to make your stay even more comfortable. The back patio sitting area, table and grill are perfect for cooking out and relaxing with family and friends. Will definitely book again!

This property is beautiful! Very close and convenient to Rocker B and the lake. Morgan was very prompt with any questions we had. The kids enjoyed the community pool that was just a minute away. Family lake trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend, kids had a blast tubing on lake. Great access to boat dock, felt comfortable with leaving at dock. House is very pretty, nice size for our family of 10. Kids loved the bunk room. We spent lot of time on patio. Beds are comfortable, plenty of utensils & cookware, & games. This area was quieter & lake area also. Also pool area is very nice & playground.

PK House

We found this property because of its proximity to the Rocker B Baseball complex. It was a super quick 10 minute drive to Rocker B. The house is perfect for 2 families since it has 2 Master Style suites. The backyard set up was great for the kids to run and climb trees while the adults enjoyed the nice weather. Check in was super easy and communication with the owner was quick and simple. They went above and beyond for our stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent, Extremely Clean, New Home with 4 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms. Nice kitchen, living and relaxing outside patio area. This home was perfect place for our family! We would highly recommend! Only one issue with getting checked in. VRBO did not send access code until 30 minutes after our check in time. After I reached out to owner, she was very accommodating in helping me, and I appreciated it.

Great house close to the lake

We enjoyed a long kid-free weekend at this house and found the it to be exactly what we needed. Plenty of space. Nice long driveway - we fit 2 SUVs, 3 trucks and a boat in it with no issue. The house is furnished super cute. Well stocked kitchen, including plenty of basics like paper towels, salt/pepper, soap, etc. It is not on the lake, but is very close. It's in a brand new neighborhood without many people living in it yet. We didn't mind the seclusion. Owner was very helpful and responsive. She also was able to accommodate letting us check-in 2 hours early, which was very helpful for us. Overall, we would definitely rent here again.

Baseball tournament at Rocker B

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the house was perfect! It was 6 minutes to the fields. The house was quiet, spacious, and beautiful! The pool is close, about 0.5 mi away. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely be back.
