Welcome to one of the most unique lakefront stays on Possum Kingdom Lake! A beautifully updated retreat designed for unforgettable weekends with family and friends. Set directly on the water with rare sandy beach access along the entire backside of the property, this home offers the perfect balance of relaxation, lake adventure, and entertainment.

One of the standout features of the property is the newly upgraded detached game room, which is always a guest favorite. This incredible hangout space features a 12' professional shuffleboard table, custom mural, pool table, ping pong, poker table, and a comfortable lounge area with large TV—all in a fully climate-controlled building with its own bathroom. Whether it’s game night, watching sports, or escaping the summer heat, this space was designed to be the ultimate gathering spot.

And for those bringing a boat—you’ll love the water here. Located in a protected large cove on the main body of Possum Kingdom, the property offers calm water for swimming, paddle boarding, and floating, while still providing quick access to open water for boating and water sports. Guests are welcome to bring their boat and tie off at the dock, making lake days easy and convenient.

Spend your days kayaking the cove, paddle boarding along the shoreline, fishing from the dock, or relaxing on your private sandy beach. In the evenings, gather on the screened-in porch with beautiful lake views, unwind in the hot tub under the stars, or enjoy s’mores around the fire pit.

Beautiful property with wonderful amenities on the lake! We met in the middle with some family for a weekend getaway, and this was such a fun spot. Lots of room for all the siblings and their kids. The kids loved swimming off the dock and cruising the cove in the kayaks and paddle boards. Awesome game room with something for everyone. S'mores at the fire pit were the icing on the cake for a special weekend. The host Sarah was also very welcoming and such a delight to communicate with! We are looking forward to our next trip here!

3 Generation Familly Lake Get-Away

Beautiful, secluded, immaculate property - inside and out! The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, comfy bedding, throw blankets, towels, and many indoor and outdoor seating areas. The Game Room was a huge hit for all, and the kayaks and paddleboards added extra fun. The dock provided lots of room for fishing and lounging. The yard was very usable for games and the fire pit was great for marshmellow roasting! We even enjoyed the cows and horses that visited the front property. Such a relaxing and fun getaway. All of us hope to return to this property again. Sarah is an excellent host!

My husband grew up coming to Possum Kingdom Lake with his family, so owning a place here had always been a dream for us. After searching for several years, we finally found the perfect spot, and it was everything we had hoped for. Lush green grass, a rare sandy beach entry, and a home with plenty of space to gather the people we love most.

We’ve always loved hosting friends and family, and creating spaces where people can slow down, connect, and make memories together. Sharing our home with others felt like the natural next step. Some of our favorite moments here are the simple ones — morning coffee on the porch, long lake days with friends, sunset swims, and evenings around the fire pit.

When we designed and updated the home, we wanted it to feel welcoming, comfortable, and fun for groups, with spaces that make it easy to relax, play, and spend time together.

Our hope is that when you walk through the door, you feel instantly at home and excited for the time ahead.
