Open concept with the kitchen and dining room, which offers two dining room tables for group meals or games. Living room opens into the dining room through sliding double barn doors and is equipped with plenty of seating, shuffle board, galaga machine and TV. Direct TV cable, streaming and wifi. This was a friends and family weekend trip and we had such a great time with everyone. There was lots of dishes to use and lots of cooking utensils. I loved how the property was secluded and we had a great time there. It was not too far from town when we needed to run into college Station or to Texas A&M. Lots of bathroom towels, and plenty of space for everyone. The house was extremely clean and we will definitely be back.

Great place for group gathering

Great house! Have stayed at many places with our 5 adult children and their significant others. This was the best equipped home we have ever stayed at. Owner was easy to communicate with. NO issues with house or stay.

Loved it!!!

This was our second stay at this beautiful property and it was even better that we remembered. The house is clean and perfect for a small family gathering. Our favorite part was watching deer off the back porch in the morning and evening. Definitely recommend this for your next stay in B/CS.

Country Respite

This property was absolutely amazing. We had a total of four families that stayed on the property and the location and house was absolutely perfect. We all had so much room, and the house was thoughtfully designed. We had a friendly Shuffleboard tournament, and the girls won of course! The outdoor amenities were equally impressive, and we roasted marshmallows outside. Very nice dream property!

Perfect trip

Our softball team was in for a tournament and we are so happy we found this property. It was perfect for our large group. Everything was as advertised and the pictures do not do it justice. The host was awesome and very helpful. Our team made memories that will last a lifetime. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. It was great!!

Graduation Celebration

This was our BEST VRBO stay to date. The house was gorgeous, extremely clean, and well stocked. We had 10 young adults/adults staying at the house and we all had plenty of room to move about the house. Also, the owner is very responsive. I highly recommend staying at this house. You will not be disappointed!

Beyond our expectations!!

Absolutely Amazing! We truly enjoyed this home. It was ample amount of space for 20 adults. We never felt like we were on top of each other and the privacy was unmatched. The kitchen was my favorite part! Not only was it nice and clean but it was well stocked. Becky was very responsible and gave great directions for check in and check out. We didn’t have to ask for anything because it was all covered. Thank you again for allowing us to celebrate my husband on your beautiful property!

Very clean and like new large home. The layout of all rooms were perfect to entertain our large group of family/friends. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking items to prepare large home cooked meals for our two Cadet sons and a few of their friends. Close enough to all campus events but far enough to have that try country feel. We are definitely coming back!

Family Celebration Weekend

This was our second stay at this property. It was wonderful for our large family gathering to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday, niece’s graduation & Mother’s Day brunch before check out. Weather was perfect. Kids enjoyed the outdoors. Coffee on the porch with a nice breeze looking out across the pond was picturesque. Nothing but praise. Will stay again when possible.

Great house for a family gathering

We wanted a place to enjoy family and celebrate Christmas! This house was perfect for us! The kids loved the bunk room with a game system and the trampoline and play area. They also enjoyed exploring the amazing property! Everyone enjoyed the indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces! No hesitation! Plan to book again!

Great property for group or large family stay. Was away from the hustle and bustle around game day, but close enough to make it easy to get back and forth to campus. A great experience all around!

Perfect game day stay

We stayed with a large group of boys for State 7 on 7 football. The property was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds, games to play, and things to do. The house was nice and clean, with easy communication with the host. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful property!

The house was beautiful! It was very spacious and the room upstairs was perfect for the kiddos. The house was stocked with all the necessities needed. Absolutely loved the kitchen area! It was laid out perfectly for all the adults to enjoy dinner. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying our coffee in the morning. Thanks again for having us! We will definitely return.
