2 large closets in the entrance hall
WC separate from the bathroom, including a shower bath.

Small pets allowed, no smoking except on the balcony.
Sainte Cécile is a very quiet seaside resort with many activities

bon séjour pour nous, appartement propre, aucune surprise, parking et accès facile. Tout ce qui est dans l'annonce du site Abritel est vrais. Immeuble propre. Parfait pour un long week-end!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Ste Cecile. Le logement correspondait bien à la description. La literie de la chambre un peu dure à notre gout. La propriétaire est très gentille, la communication très facile. Le parking est un atout non négligeable! Je conseille vivement !

Probleme mit Kaution und Sauberkeit

Wohnung liegt günstig zum Strand und kleiner Supermarkt und Bäcker um die Ecke. Bei Ankunft war Wohnung nicht sauber mit klebrigen Oberflächen. Großer Schrank im Schlafzimmer ist verschlossen, kaum Raum für Kleidung. Mittlere Ausstattungsqualität. Zum Übergabetermin erscheint Vermieterin nicht - ich musste nach Anruf an Sie zur Wohnung zurück kommen. Insbesondere wegen nicht gereinigtem Spiegel und "unordentlicher" Betternabdeckung werden 60EUR Kaution einbehalten. Niemand spricht ein Wort ausser französisch. Also Freundlichkeit und Organisation scheint nicht immer zu funktionieren. Für uns zum erstem Mal eine derartige Erfahrung.

ce qui a été déplaisant ce sont les travaux qui ont eu lieu pendant les premiers jours de notre séjour (refaire balcon chez d'autres personnes) bruit vraiment incommodant obligé de partir de l'appartement bruit insoutenable au long d'une journée

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille, appartement très correct au calme, avec petit balcon ou nous nous sommes posé pour profiter du soleil. Il y a tt se qu il faut dans l appartement pour sejourner . La plage est les restaurants à qlq mètres. De plus nous avons du soleil tt au long de notre séjour, et nous avons même pas eu besoin de prendre la voiture . Nous avons été acceuillis par la propriétaire elle même très gentille. Et nous avons rendu les clés à une de ses amies qui était très agréable aussi . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter . Je recommande cette location sans soucis .

frais administratifs d'Abritel exhorbitants, 45 euros pour ce séjour de quatre nuits sans nettoyage,, vue de la terrasse sans intérêt, immeuble vieillot et peu insonorisé. Mais situation correcte. La personne qui a receptionné et qui n'est pas la proprio nous a paru tatillonne de façon déplacée.

Kurzurlaub zu Pfingsten

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße, aber nah am „Geschehen“ wie Lokale und das Meer. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Appartement agréable très lumineux, bien situé, bien équipé ( micro onde , four )nous avons passé un agréable séjour, voir quand même à faire quelque chose pour la baie vitrée qui est très dur à ouvrir et attention aussi à la barre de sol décollé entre la chambre et le couloir .

Draps à ramener non précisé dans l'annonce (Photos prêtent à confusion). Verrous des toilettes cassés. Pare pluie douche pas étanche. Poire de douche a remplacer. Porte de communication et seuil en mauvais état. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Armoire chambre non fonctionnelle. Pas de poubelle de verre dans l'immeuble. Cadre et emplacement : très bien.
