50m² apartment at the foot of the Val d'Europe shopping center and close to Disneyland Paris For your convenience, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with a sofa bed for 2, a spacious bedroom, a bathroom and toilet separated.
Outside you can enjoy a loggia overlooking the Valley Village.
Bed linen and towels are included and no extra in housing.
We provide you with samples of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, body cream and essential for breakfast (tea, coffee, sugar) and cleaning products.

Disneyland Paris: Family Place, and very sought by our dear children is within 10 minutes with a free shuttle bus (No. 50) or enjoy a stroll of 15 min walk to get there. A base for travel through five fantastic worlds offered by this attraction.
For shopping lovers, the apartment is located near one of the largest shopping center in Seine et Marne "Val d'Europe", 160 brand stores known to offer very attractive rates. you will also find the "Shopping Valley - Chic Outlet Shopping". We give you access through our apartments a great experience to live in addition to your stay in Ile de France.
And for nature lovers, the SeaLife aquarium located at the mall is open every day, so please do your little ones to benefit from the Davy Crocket tree climbing or hit some balls at the golf Disney.

Für einen Kurzurlaub perfekt. Für 2 Wochen wäre das Sofa dann doch zu unbequem zum Schlafen. Ansonsten alles Wichtige in der Nähe. Sauber und funktional. PKW in der Tiefgarage gut ausgehoben.

Great apartment

Lovely apartment, right next to Val de Europe shopping centre & easy walk to RER, the apartment was not ready to check in as we did arrive an hour early, we were allowed to leave our case there & go out for a meal, we got back at 5pm & apartment was ready, there are some things that do need replacing, kitchen bin was broken, cushion had holes, side of coffee table was damaged & the dishwasher filter was dirty, I gave it a wash & was clean. Very comfortable bed, would definitely stay here again

Visit to Disneyland

The apartment is perfect for a visit to Disneyland with bus connection around the corner and plenty of places nearby to eat. The facilities in the apartment are showing some wear but everything is still perfectly usable.

El alojamiento perfecto, amplio para los 4, limpio, bien ubicado y con las comodidades necesarias. Las cámas súper cómodas, para mi gusto unas almohadas muy muy finas, estamos acostumbrados a las almohadas cervicales y las hemos echado de menos. El único problema es que tiene un exctractor en la cocina que no para ni de día ni de noche, es un ruido constante. Por lo demás un traspiés de comunicación a la hora de la salida, ya que en la web no pone a la hora que hay que dejar la propiedad. Pero finalmente se arregló todo. Las muchachas de la agencia muy amables. Apartamento súper recomendado.

Wohnung ist stark verbesserungswürdig.

Diesmal waren wir etwas enttäuscht. Im Küchen/Wohnbereich war das Geräusch des in der Wand verbauten Geläses ( Klimaanl.?) so laut und nervig das ein entspannen geschweige dort schlafen kaum möglich war. Man hatte auch nicht die Möglichkeit es auszustellen. Die Tür zum WC hat stark gequitsch und die Gardinen im Wohnzimmer waren im oberen Bereich fast schwarz. Auch konnte mit den schmalen Übergardinen kaum abgedunkelt werden. Schade!

Wohnung nur für 2 Personen gut

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und man konnte sich wohl fühlen. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern in der Wohnung. Wir würden die Wohnung allerdings nur für zwei Personen empfehlen, da man in dem Wohnzimmer mit der offenen Küche eigentlich kein Auge zubekommt. Der Kühlschrank plätschert, die Lüftung rauscht die ganze Nacht und die Straße vor dem Haus ist auch sehr laut. Daher hatten wir keinen besonders erholsamen Schlaf. Für unsere zwei Nächte war es aber ok.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Val d‘ Europe

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage in einem Mehfamilienhaus mit KFZ Abstellplatz in der Garage. RER Bahnhof in 20 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Outlet und Einkaufszentrum mit Restaurants und Supermarkt in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. In Paris innerhalb von nur 30min mit dem RER und eine RER Station vom Disneyland entfernt. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag mehr Geschirr und Küchenzubehör, damit man nicht so oft Spülen muss. Großes Plus die Wohnung hat eine Waschmaschine und eine Vollausgestattete Küche mit Backofen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder,.

Posso dire che se dalle foto del sito l'appartamento sembrava bello,nella realtà è stato favoloso!!!!!!!super pulito ,luminoso,ampi spazi,e soprattutto ci siamo sentiti coccolati già prima di arrivare perché siamo stati contattati dall'agenzia per accordarci della consegna delle chiavi,visto che noi eravamo in anticipo,credo che dovrebbero essere di esempio a molti altri che sempre gentili non sono !!!

Lovely property in an excellent location. Highly recommended!

With a child, around a 25 mins walk to Disneyland and the adjoining train station. The property is located in a very nice, clean and quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from a huge shopping centre and designer outlet retail park. There are several restaurants to suit all tastes located around a lovely paved centre at the entrance to the shopping centre as well as McDonalds etc inside. The property was very clean on arrival and contained everything you could possibly need for a holiday. Picking the key up from a nearby safebox was no hassle, as was dropping it off when checking out. Our 'Breakage' deposit was refunded approximately 1 week after we left the property. All my email enquiries were replied to within 12 hours. Nothing at all to complain about :-)

Insgesamt gut

Leider quasi nur französische TV Sender beim TV Empfang (+ grob 2 englische Sender), daneben keine anderen ausländischen TV-Programme. Die Tafelgeschirrausstattung ist für 4 Pers. leider ziemlich "abgezählt". ..auch Spüllappen, Geschirrhandtücher + Spülmaschinentabs ( je nur 1x) Es wäre klasse, wenn die Küche mit noch ein paar mehr Kleinigkeiten ausgestattet wäre, wie Eierbecher, Brotkorb, etwas mehr Tafelgeschirr u. Kleingefäßen. Doch gibt es einen Föhn, der in der Ausstattung nicht genannt ist. Insgesamt sind wir mit 2 Pers. gut zurecht gekommen . Insgesamt entspricht die Wohnung grundsätzlich der Beschreibung in allen Punkten.

The apartment was very nice and well located.

Although the apartment was very nice and comfortable to sleep in we did have some issues during our stay. There was a terrible smell in the apartment throughout the stay. Also there was no kettle available to make a cup of tea. I did let the agents know and was given some drain cleaner for the smell which didn’t make a difference. They were also very vague about the kettle and none appeared despite my request for one. However they were very helpful when I needed some tickets printed and they were very friendly. The location of the apartment is excellent. The bus to Disneyland was just outside the apartment which costs 2euro each way ( no sign of the free shuttle bus mentioned in the apartment particulars) The outlet village is just across the road and the gigantic shopping mall is just a 5 minutes drive away. Lots of nice restaurants near the station. Our favourite was Pizza di Roma.
