The beach house is clean, comfortable, and convenient to coffee shops, markets and restaurants. We even walked to the beach one night. The kitchen is well stocked and all the things you need for a day at the beach are provided. We had a wonderful stay!

Very clean and suitable for family vacation. Walking distance to the beach, convenient store not too far. Street parking is easy to find. Nice host and even provided us a playpen for our toddler. Would highly recommend.

This is our third time staying on Katrina's property. It is always comfortable, clean, and beautiful. She is an amazing host, both she and the property easily make it stand out as the best place we've ever stayed.

Property was clean and neat, and exactly as advertised. Great for me and my teenagers and close to the beach and all other amenities OB has to offer. Will definitely stay here again!

Great property! Great location. Perfect for our needs. We loved having the windows open during the day but having the ability to use air conditioning at night so not to hear outside noise when sleeping. Would definitely stay again.

Greatly appreciated the high end new appliances as well as the awesome Serta beds! Place was extremely clean which from past experiences is difficult to find. Quiet as well. Everything we needed was provided. Although the bathtub can not be called a bath tub ( I couldn’t sit in it!) all of the other great attributes compensated for this one disappointment. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great Get away.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location! Not too far from action, but yet peace and tranquility abound, when you return from a day's adventures. Looking forward to returning sometime soon.

Awesome Cottage at Ocean Beach

We came to San Diego to spend time with our son who is in the Marines. The cottage was a perfect size for our group of 5. It had everything we needed for the time we stayed. Katrina was a perfect host. Will definitely rent again when we go back to San Diego.
