About this property
Charming holiday home with large garden near the beaches.
Come and enjoy this pretty renovated 1930s house and its large garden. It is located in the coastal town of Plounevez-Lochrist,
near the most beautiful beaches of Finistère, notably Keremma (4 km) and Brignogan classified in the top 10 of the most beautiful Breton beaches by the Express in 2013.
The house of about 80 m² includes 3 bedrooms with 140 cm beds, a living room, an equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom.
Adjoining, the outbuilding hosts a second WC, as well as a second fridge. You will store bikes, barbecue, etc.
The large garden of 1200 m², surrounded by walls and not overlooked, is at your disposal and you can enjoy the terrace for meals and drinks, and large spaces for parking, playing pétanque, etc.
You will have a breathtaking view of the bell tower of the town of Plounevez.
The property being in the village, you can on foot take advantage of the shops, bakery, mini-market, ATMs, and also pharmacy, doctor, hairdresser.
Several hiking trails leave from the town to cross green valleys leading to the sea. Sports and tennis courts nearby.
Adjacent to the seaside resort of Plouescat, you can take advantage of its sailing center to practice sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, sand yachting and numerous activities and the casino.
In the fishing ports of Plouescat, Moguériec and Roscoff, you will find a typical atmosphere and the famous crustaceans, oil cakes and Breton lobsters.
Shore fishing is a local specialty, and during high tides, you will find cockles in Keremma, shrimps, knives and other periwinkles in Saint Pol and also for the brave out of summer, abalone in Plouescat.
Not to be missed a few kilometers away, the circuit of the parish enclosures, a true wonder of heritage and also the castle of Kerjean, a national domain where numerous exhibitions and festivals are organized.
If you want to continue the cultural visit, you will be spoiled for choice, from the domain of Trévarez to the Abbey of Daoulas, or even the former Cordeliers convent in Landerneau where remarkable exhibitions are organized by the Edouard and Hélène Leclerc collection .
But obviously here nature offers itself to you in a spectacular way:
you will discover the dunes of Keremma, whose flora and fauna unique in Europe is explained to you at the dune house.
On Batz Island and Roscoff, you will discover exotic gardens and the benefits of seaweed.
Push to Brest and Océanopolis for a brilliant discovery of marine fauna.
And we could also tell you about the Abers and oysters of Prat-Ar-Coum, Morlaix bay, old plows etc.
