Located on the ground floor of the house, La Singulière is made up of a large living room with a kitchen and dining area on the one hand and a relaxation area on the other. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge ...) and the living room has a flat screen TV and a large sofa bed 2 seats. The bedroom is connected to the living room by a small corridor which also serves the toilet. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower directly from the bedroom. The bedroom overlooks the ramparts and the vineyard while the living room opens onto the interior courtyard of the house.
