Splendid villa with sea view - SPECIAL OFFER 7-14 JULY
The house is located in the beautiful seaside resort "Torre di Manfria" 200 meters from the beautiful golden sand beach located in the center of the Gulf of Gela.
It consists of 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The large garden (600 square meters) includes terraces where you can sunbathe or enjoy the sunset under the shade of a maritime pine.
The kitchen is fully equipped. In the house you can also find an iron and a hair dryer.
The house can accommodate 5 people arranged as follows:
Bedroom 1: double bed. It is possible to add cradle-bed (0-4 years)
Bedroom 2: single bed
Living room: A new and very comfortable double sofa bed (in exceptional cases 1-2 beds can be added).
Private parking for n. 2 cars.
In our garden you will find the hammock in the shade of the maritime pines, a barbecue and wood-burning oven, fruit trees in production: in the month of MAY you can collect the NESPOLE, in JUNE the WHITE GELSI from the big tree, the fragrant LEMONS you will find them all year round, SICILY AROMAS and PERFUMES are all there!
At 500 meters it is possible to visit the historic "Torre di Manfria" located on a rock overlooking the sea with a limestone / sandy ridge rich in Mediterranean essences, from where it will be possible to enjoy a unique panorama and unforgettable sunsets

Una gran bella famiglia quella di Sabine!
E' stato un piacere ospitarli anche se solo per pochi giorni e purtroppo il clima non è stato molto clemente: nel mese di Ottobre è stato quasi sempre possibile fare i bagni a mare per il clima molto mite del nostro territorio ma quest'anno sta piovendo spesso e non è possibile tutti i giorni godersi il caldo sole di Sicilia sdraiati sulla spiaggia di sabbia colore oro.
Malgrado il clima però i nostri cari ospiti hanno potuto fare lunghe passeggiate sulla spiaggia, hanno visitato comodamente e con grande soddisfazione la "Valle dei Templi di Agrigento", la "Villa Romana del Casale a Piazza Armerina", la città di Gela e Ragusa Ibla in soli 3 giorni. Se il loro periodo di permanenza fosse stato più lungo avrebbero potuto visitare tante altri meravigliose località della nostra bellissima Sicilia, site a soli pochi chilometri dalla nostra Holiday House Torre di Manfria.
Grazie ancora per averci preferito, saremmo ben lieti di rivedervi ancora per farvi godere pienamente la bellezza della nostra Sicilia.

La maison est très fonctionnelle et rien n'y manque, la vue sur la mer est belle. La mer est juste à coté avec une plage de sable superbe pour ceux qui aiment les longues promenades le long de la mer. Malheureusement la maison est entourée de voisins plus ou moins bruyants ce qui peut gêner ceux qui recherchent un calme absolu.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Ils nous ont entourés d'attentions et permis d'apprécier les spécialités de la région.

Beautiful place and very kind and friendly owners
Despite the end of October, the weather was warm enough for swimming and the place is calm and beautiful. We received lot of advices and tips for trips from the owner as well as Francesco and his wife Gabriella were really interested in our needs and wishes. We really enjoyed our holiday, actually as always in Sicily ;o).

Ruhig in einer Ferienhaussiedlung
Das familiäre Ferienhaus liegt wenige Gehminuten auf einer Strasse zum Strand von Manfria.
Restaurants und die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind einige Kilometer entfernt - das Ferienhaus eignet sich also für einem Urlaub abseits von jeglichem Trubel.
Die gesamte Familie des Vermieters steht bei Bedarf und Wunsch unterstützend sehr freundlich und aufmerksam zur Verfügung.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher und WLAN gibt es gegen Aufpreis.

Torre di Manfria e tramonti: un connubio perfetto!
Grande disponibilità e ottima accoglienza dai proprietari, ci hanno dato buoni consigli sulle visite, e assoluta disponibilità per per ogni domanda. La casa e confortevole e vicina alla spiaggia di Manfria. L'ambiente calmo e adatto a un famiglia che ricerca la tranquillità. Lo spazio esterno a permesso ai nostri figli e ai cugini di divertirsi nei differenti spazi del giardino. Il mare bello e la posizione ci ha permesso di visitare facilmente la regione (Caltagirone, Piazza Armerina (dove si consiglia assolutamente la villa Romana), Ragusa e Gela da non perdere il museo e l'acropoli de V sec B.C.)
Per chi ama la musica andare alla torre dove ogni sabato sera c'è concerto all'aperto con aperitivo e pizza.

Fantastic small house with sea views and a wonderf
The charming villa located 3 minutes walk to fantastic sandy beach. The sunsets here are lovely and the hosts are wonderful. We were happy to meet with them. Place from which you do not want leave and definitely will return.
