House Borders Rance for lovers of calm

House ideally located in a very quiet street overlooking the Rance, 100 m from the beach and 2.5 km from the shops. The district is an old fishing village classified "Protected Natural Site". The house and its terrace allows to rest while remaining close to the beautiful city of Saint-Malo.
The house is stone, recent, well equipped and very comfortable and with a terrace and two garden furniture, one side sea, and one side garden. Animals are welcome !

Perfect stay, fabulous hosts

The house is beautiful and is in a very picturesque area. We had lovely weather to take advantage of the beach which is a minute walk away. The hosts let us borrow the Kayakss, paddle board and body boards, lots of fun. There were bikes also to borrow. St. Malo is a short drive away, the walled part of St. Malo is great for shopping and eating out. Close to other tourist attractions like Mont St Michael makes this a great base to explore the area. We had a bbq most nights, making the most of the local produce. Our hosts were super nice and so helpful, we hope to return.

Très belle expérience, nous étions deux couples avec un enfant, la Maison est super bien équipée et les propriétaires très aimables. Ma fille s'est bien amusé avec tout ce qu'il y avait a dispo dans le jardin trampoline hamac balançoire etc.L'emplacement est très sympa, avec une vue magnifique au calme et tous les commerces sont a moins de 10mn.Il y a une petite plage a quelques mètres et une autre un peu rocheuses derrière (notre chien s'y baignait lors des marées basses) et on l emmenait a celle devant après 19h quand les baigneurs sont partis.

Wat een fantastisch huis en top locatie

Wij werden goed en vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaars. Ze zijn zeer vriendelijk. Het huis is zo mooi en het zicht is adembenemend. Alles is aanwezig in het huis en met de nadruk op alles. Vooraan leuk tuintje met terras met zicht op het water. Het is er super rustig. Achteraan het huis is er ook een zeer grote tuinwaar de eigenaars hun huis is. Je mag ook door de tuin wandelen. Wij hadden onze hond mee. De tuin is niet omheind maar wij hadden onze omheining mee.

L’endroit idéal

Nous avons decouvert un endroit idyllique pour des vacances bretonnes. Cette maison est magnifique, de qualité, très bien équipée et terriblement confortable. Pour ne rien gâcher, sa localisation est ideale avec une vue de carte postale depuis la terrasse, des accès faciles pour les baignades paddle etc et de chouettes balades à proximité avec notre chien ( qui a pu se baigner tous les jours !). Les propriétaires sont adorables et disponibles. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Quelmer. La maison est très bien équipée avec une vue imprenable sur la Rance. Petite plage à 100 mètres. Les propriétaires et les voisins sont très accueillants et de bon conseils. Je conseille vivement cette location.

Maison vraiment charmante avec tout le confort necessaire sur les bors de la rance avec vue féerique et imprenable de la rance. Sur le même terrain que les propriétaires mais ne gene en rien le séjour. Discrets et tres gentils. Réactifs aux demandes diverses. Quelmer est très bien situé et central pour visiter les environs. Courses à 5 mn en voiture. Petite crique charmante à côté. Merci encore pour tout. Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour.

Magnifique séjour a la Passagère !

Jolie maison très confortable et fonctionnelle, très bien placée pour rayonner dans la région (Saint Malo, Mont Saint Michel, Chausey ...) comme pour aller prendre un bain matinal (plage a 100 m), ou pour se balader sur le sentier côtier, jardin splendide et très bien entretenu, vue *** sur la Rance... Et surtout des hôtes adorables , discrets, attentionnés, généreux, bref, nous recommandons ***!
