Our villa which is located in the quiet and sought after area called "between Lake and Ocean" will offer you the ideal services for your family vacation.

- 5 mins away, the marine lake and its beaches, which young children will appreciate. Club for toddlers. Walks around the lake and along the canal. At the end of the lake you can taste oysters with an exceptional view of it.
-A 15 min from the ocean and the central beach with lifeguard.
-At 10 minutes, the city center, its market, its shops, banks, post office, restaurants, bars and cinema.
- 15 minutes from the sporting casino.
On the lake, water sports (sailing, canoeing, pedalo, stand up)

This very comfortable villa, has been completely renovated inside, the decoration is neat, and of quality. It has an enclosed garden surrounded by greenery, equipped with a barbecue, a covered dining area, a garden furniture and lounge chairs which will allow you to enjoy the shade of the pines.

Jolie villa bien située

Une maison très bien située à proximité du lac d'Hossegor et à moins de 10 minutes à pieds de l'océan et des commerces. Espace extérieur agréable. Seul bémol : un voisinage un peu trop proche et parfois un peu bruyant (piscine). Rien de bien gênant cependant.

Nous sommes désolés pour la nuisance sonore du voisinage, mais malheureusement c'est quelque chose que nous ne contrôlons pas. Cependant ceci est très rare, nous n'avons eu qu'une seule remarque similaire depuis le début de la location en 2016, et ceci sur 22 locataires. J'ose espérer que ce n'est pas le critère qui a pénalisé la note finale.

La maison est très confortable, propre et fonctionnelle . Elle est adaptée parfaitement aux familles avec enfants et elle est très bien équipée . Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants . Cette maison est idéalement située, à quelques pas du lac, pas très loin de l’océan et du centre ville. Le jardin est très agréable. Tout peut se faire à vélo. C’est l’endroit parfait à Hossegor.

Merci pour votre appréciation.Nous sommes désolés pour l'ambiance bruyante du voisinage, chose que nous ne contrôlons malheureusement pas, et qui dépend du comportement des locataires . Jusqu’à présent nous n'avons pas eu de remarques a ce sujet. Pour ce qui concerne le système de filtration, nous en ferons la remarque au propriétaire afin de voir s'il n'y a pas d'anomalie, car nous n'avons pas remarqué cet inconvénient a notre départ mi Juillet.

Great location

We had a nice stay in this house which is very close to the center, the lake and the beach. Lovely upstairs space for the family and great garden for kids. However, as previously mentioned : one toilet is not enough for the house that can accommodate 6 people, downstairs seating area is a bit small for the party as well (luckily, we were spoiled with the weather and did not spend much time at the property). Overall-great experience

Nous mettons toujours tout en œuvre pour maximiser son confort, tant à l’intérieur qu'à l’extérieur, c'est ainsi que l'abri de jardin a été agrandi cette année par une reconstruction complète.

Very nice renewed house

We stayed 2 weeks in July (couple with 2 children). Super location between the lake and the ocean. Not even 2 minutes away by bike from the centre of the town. But nevertheless a very quiet location. Almost no traffic in the street. House is well equipped with all needed appliances. Even a big separate freezer. Also the garden is very nice, quiet, well equipped (barbecue, different lights, garden hose, …) and with a lot of privacy. The only negative points (more to indicate that all the rest is very good) : - Air conditioning is located on the ground in the living room. The ceiling would have been a better place. Ground floor remains cool, first floor can become hot (we had a couple of days of 38 °C outside). But all windows have wooden shutters. So with a ‘normal’ summer temperature outside, also the bedrooms are not too warm. - Toilet is a bit noisy when the water tank refills, which is disturbing when the toilet is used during the evening/night.

The architect during the works, informed me that Technicaly the air cond could not be located on the ceiling as this would have lead to make a deep cut in the house wall outside to insert the pipes.Work could weaken the wall as it is built with red traditional bricks. Pipes are hiden outside under the ground. On another side , it was out of the question to run the air-con pipes under an external plastic duct fitted against the wall , which would have completely ruined the external aspect of the house which is built in the traditional "Basco Landais" style which is a part of French culture and tradition..Aspect we are protecting above all. It has to be noted that the external unit has been kept out of sight as much as we could in this aim. To the date, unfortunately, little by little, many houses with a such style are demolished and replaced with new modern design houses. Finaly ,It has to be noted that very few holiday houses and apartments in Hossegor are equiped with airconditioning........ Regarding the noise of the water tank, we never had such remark from others tenants since more than two years we rent the house.We are sory about the inconvenience caused and will check if something can be done ! We are happy to see that the house was pleasant to live in, which is in fact the aim we are pursuing, and do consider that the negative points are minor............

Nous avons apprécié cette villa basque coquettement rénovée fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Le jardin arborée est très agréable dans un quartier calme et qui plus est proche de tout... Répondant aux envies de chacun : océan,lac ou centre ville tout proche à pied. Merci de nous avoir fait profiter de ce cocon tres douillet et bien pensé pour le retour de plage avec salle de bain à l'arrivée. Bravo pour cette rénovation qui a su en garder l'âme basque.

Superbe maison situaton idéale dans Hossegor

Petite maison récemment refaite très agreable et très bien équipée, avec un petit jardin très agreable Situation idéale à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage du lac et à 10 mn de l'ocean Nous n'avons pas utilisé une seule fois notre voiture! Vraiment top!

Nous sommes très sensibles à ces commentaires. Nous nous sommes efforcés de rendre cette maison agréable à vivre,de sorte que l'on s'y sente bien , dans une ambiance contemporaine, et claire. Le jardin, écrin de verdure, hors de la vue des passants, offre une certaine intimité dans un cadre privilégié pour la détente.

Geniales Ferienhaus

Es war unser 4. Aufenthalt in Hossegor, weil wir von dem Ort und der ganzen Gegend begeistert sind. Das Haus hat uns vom ersten Moment an sehr gut gefallen, die Übergabe war pünktlich, sympathisch und problemlos. Die Lage zwischen See und Meer, nahe zum Ort ist genial. Die normalen Einkäufe z.B. zum Bäcker kann man locker zu Fuß erledigen. Auch ein Spaziergang zum Meer ist nicht zu weit = 10-15 Minuten. Das Haus ist sehr schön renoviert, hat Charme und ist komplett eingerichtet, bis hin zu 2 Kaffeemaschinen und Knoblauchpresse. Man merkt, dass hier auch die Eigentümer gerne ihre Urlaubszeit verbringen. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung sind absolut ehrlich und geben exakt das wieder, was einen erwartet, ohne unangenehme Überraschungen. Wir haben es z.B. sehr genossen, dass die Matratzen neu und fest waren - das hatten wir leider schon ganz anders. Rund ums Haus hat man viele schöne Sitzplätze für mehr oder weniger Schatten. Die Betreuung war sehr gut, auch als die wifi-Box ausgefallen ist, wurde sofort geholfen. Die Rückübergabe, Kaution etc. - alles sehr angenehm. Alles in allem also eine echte Empfehlung und auch wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Thomas mit Familie = 5 Personen

Brièvement,nous avons compris que la maison a beaucoup plus à nos locataires, de par sa situation, son équipement ainsi que le couchage. L'équipement de jardin a été apprécié également. Les photos de l'annonce ainsi que la description sont absolument honnêtes et il n'y a eu aucune mauvaise surprise. Notre maison est à recommander, et les locataires adoreraient y revenir. Nous sommes ravis de ces commentaires, et tenons à remercier les locataires du soin qu"ils ont apporté à notre maison ,qui est aussi notre résidence de vacances.

Excellent séjour !

La maison est très bien située, à courte distance à pied du lac, de l'océan et du centre ville. C'est très pratique avec les enfants. La villa est bien équipée et a été refaite à neuf récemment. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour !

Parfaite location pour des vacances en famille

Accueil parfait, maison pas très grande mais vraiment fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Localisation dans un quartier calme, emplacement idéal à proximité du lac, de l'océan et du centre ville. A contribué à la réussite de nos vacances !!!

Nous sommes ravis que notre villa vous ait plu.C'est aussi notre résidence de vacances, et nous avons fait le maximum pour la rendre aussi confortable que possible. Quand à la surface,elle est mentionnée dans notre annonce, donc pas de surprise.Nous n'avons pas eu de remarques des précédents locataires,c'est avant tout une maison où l'ont vit dehors en été, raison pour laquelle les équipements extérieurs ont été privilégiés, BBQ, coin repas, relax, et salon de jardin.
