The Burnsies of New York summer in Margate wth their three teenage children. Our cousins live around the corner year round and we find Margate to be our second home.
Why they chose this property
close to ocean, bay, Pier & Boardwalk, Restaurants & Shops. Walking distance to all. newly renovated, spacious, all the modern amenities including but not limited to high speed internet, cable, phone, apple tv, firestick, roku, smart tvs, xbox, central air, dish washer, washer, dryer, outdoor hot water shower, microwave, ice maker, keurig, etc.
What makes this property unique
our home backs up to an Arts Center and Middle school and we have the luxury and access to basketball courts, blacktop to play wall ball, baseball, tennis, lacrosse, soccer fields, etc.
walking distance to Atlantic City boardwalk, Essex Fishing Pier, Congo Falls Mini Golf and conveniences to all.
