Amazing place

I was lucky to find this place for my co workers to stay for a business trip. A true home away. Would book again for sure.

Spacious 3 BR in West Oakland near BART

I stayed at this property with 2 colleagues during 6 nights. We each had our own bedroom. Very conveniently located near BART station (which is only one stop from San Francisco), very spacious, and everything you may need inside for your stay. West Oakland is not a very "rich" neighborhood but we felt very secure and probably more so than in some neighborhoods inside San Francisco. Beds are very comfortable. Internet connection worked very well. Plenty of towels available. Washing machine & dryer inside the apartment. Overall very quiet place (just hearing the BART train a little bit but it was not an issue) Philip was very quick to answer our questions and it was convenient to use the lockbox ro get the key at the beginning and leave it at the end. There were a few drinks for us to enjoy when we arrived. Thank you Philip !
