Premier Ski-In/Ski-Out Townhome in Big White – Luxury, Location, and Comfort for Up to 8 Adults

Don’t miss out on one of Big White’s best true ski-in/ski-out experiences—this property books fast. Unlike many that claim it, this townhome delivers authentic access: the back deck is just steps from the Serwa’s ski run, where it connects with Whitetail. Ski right up to your private hot tub after a day on the slopes, then head back out with just a few steps up the hill to ski down Serwa’s to the lifts.

Maximum occupancy is 8 adults. Please read the full rental agreement and terms before booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our booking criteria. Photo ID verification is required within 48 hours of booking.

Great family get away in a clean, comfortable and convenient condo!

Great location just off Serwa's run for easy ski-in and ski-out. Great living space for family games and clean bedrooms with comfortable bedding. Kitchen had the essentials and we had brought extra tupperware containers and saran wrap etc which helped with storage during our stay. Owner was very easy to reach and managed small issues extremely well which made the stay that much smoother. I would highly recommend for a 2 family get-away home. Thank you for making our COVID spring break holiday a success!!

We were a 3 generational gathering from East and West. This accommodation met all our needs and more. A great space with the kitchen, dining room, living room and back deck to the slopes and hot tub all on one level. Very functional. Greg is a very responsive host. We plan to return.

Beautiful, new, and clean townhouse in Big White!

We had a great stay! The townhome is located right on the Serwa run so you can ski in and out right off the patio and also enjoy a warm, private hot tub when you are done on the hills. The townhome is in like-new condition and very spacious with four bedrooms. Well equipped with fresh linens, towels, and has a gourmet kitchen. We stayed over Christmas and it was a truly magical experience for our family of four and the grandparents. We hope to stay here again! And the owner, Greg, was quick at responding to any questions we hadn't before and during the stay.

This townhouse made our snowboarding vacation perfect! It was super comfortable. We all felt like we were at home! Beds were all comfortable with big fluffy duvets. With 8 adults there was plenty of room for everyone. Hot tub was amazing after full days on the hill. Having the house right on the Serwa run made it sooo easy to stop in for a quick lunch, helping save money.

Just off serwas run

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive. It is nice that it is a corner unit so it has more light and easy access to getting on Serwas run. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, kitchen tools. Bring whatever seasonings you need. Room for 2 cars only, so quite a bit of shuffling cars to check-out at 10. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

Great Ski-in and Ski-out Accommodation.

The location is excellent for ski-in and ski-out (to Serwas). The kitchen was well equipped. The house was very clean. The hot tube was also very clean, which is not always the case. There was a small hiccup with the checking in and the hot tub, but the owner was very responsive in responding to the issues. The only thing that was a bit of a surprise was that the second primary bedroom on the bottom floor did not have any windows. Maybe we missed this on the listing. Overall we would recommend this place and would rent it again.

Wonderful Winter Getaway

Thanks for having us Greg, We had a little trouble with communication over email but once I could text communication was great. Our stay at this location was a fabulious. We loved the ski in/ski out setting of this condo. It was close enough to the village for a nice walk day or night. The complex was a great place for young children as it had a smaller area for sledding if you didn't want to go to the village. Great area to walk around as well, enjoy the sunrise/set.The condo housed us well, there were 9 of us, 6 adults three children. There was plenty of room and no one felt cramped. The kitchen area was nice and big, I loved the bar where people could sit and socialize with the cook We had a small leaking issue with the fridge which I made aware to the host. It had almost everything we needed fro our 4 day stay. Two things I'd recommend: a knife sharpener for your knives and some storage containers for left overs would have been nice to have. The hot tub was an excellent feature unfortunately we had some issues with it that I am sure are rectified now. I'd recommend this location for a short getaway in a winter wonderland.

Three Bluebird Ski Days at Big White

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Three amazing ski days aside, this townhome was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for the eight of us (7 adults and one teenager). Here's the highlights: The home was beautiful, very clean, well maintained, and very well equipped. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The few inquiries we had were answered by Greg right away. Ski in Ski out? Absolutely! A wee climb up the bank from the back deck and you're on the ski run; then right back to the home down Serwa's run. Very easy to ski in and out during the day. As for walking, it took about 20 minutes to make it to the village. As for the accommodations themselves, they suited us perfectly. We all found the beds extremely comfortable. The kitchen is a good size and well equipped aside from the lack of a teapot :) The large dining table seats 8 and we appreciated the opportunity to enjoy a few meals together as a family. The hot tub comfortably seats four adults and we made very good use of it. Here's a few things to keep in mind. It's a three storey townhome, so, be prepared for stairs. The bedrooms / bathrooms are all up or down from the main living area. This was not a problem at all for us but if one has mobility issues it may be difficult. The two rooms with bunks are different sizes. One is a fair bit smaller. In the smaller, climbing the ladder to the top bunk may be difficult for an adult due to the tight space. They say the garage door is narrow and they're not kidding. The driveway is a bit on the steep side so be careful when getting out of your vehicle in snowy / icy conditions. Once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean beautiful home. This has been our most enjoyable ski trip to date, largely due to the fantastic accommodations. We will defiantly stay here again if given the opportunity.

2nd Stay just as good!

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as we had remembered. The location I can’t be beat being right on Serwa Makes it so easy to stop for lunch. This place felt just like home so clean and cozy. The beds are comfy and we all slept great. We had 8 adults, with the queen bottoms In the bunk rooms we didn’t feel like it was a dorm. We will for sure be back next year!
