The townhome is located in a secured gated community, a short 1-block walk to the beach and just a few steps to the community pool. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, allowing 8 to sleep comfortably. All beds have High Quality Memory Foam mattresses. The living/dining space has a 55 inch TV. Each bedroom has its own TV. All TVs are equipped with wi-fi connected Smart TVs that are loaded with unlimited Hulu and Netflix for your entertainment pleasures.

We provide bath, hand and face towels, extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. We also provide shampoo, hand soap, body soap, lotion, a few bottles of water, coffee pods for the Keurig coffee maker, dishwashing pods and detergent pods for your laundry. We provide basic ingredients like salt, pepper and cooking oil. You will love the Rachel Ray pots/pans, blender, food processor, coffee maker and toaster oven. Our kitchen is loaded with wares for your cooking needs. We have 2 bikes, 1
beach wagon, 1 Weber grill, 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, picnic basket and blanket.

* Upstairs Master Bedroom has 1 King bed and 1 Twin bed.
* Upstairs 2nd Bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 Futon that converts to a Full Bed.
* Downstairs Bedroom has a Queen Bed. This room opens to a deck.
* All bedrooms come with Memory Foam mattresses. Each room has a flat screen TV and a bathroom.
* Washer and Dryer are in downstairs bathroom.
* Living/Dining Area has a 55” Smart, flat screen TV. We have unlimited HULU and Netflix.
* The Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, Rachel Ray pots/pans, utensils, toaster, blender, processor, Keurig coffee machine, can opener, baking trays, etc.
* The pool is just a few steps away from the townhouse.
* The beach is a short stroll from the townhouse.

***Note: NO Trailer Parking is available. There is a 5 MPH speed limit that is strictly enforced inside the community gates. Bikes must be walked within the complex. The gate is right by the condo.***
