About this property

This cabin has 2 bedrooms with a third room that can be used to sleep extra kiddos! So we can accommodate 5 or 6 depending on everyone's size. We are located on over 14 acres that is Lakefront to Lake Lewisville. We offer 3 rental cabins and RV spaces as well. Enjoy sunrise over the lake from the deck with your morning coffee. We are truly an oasis in the middle of the DFW suburbs. 35 miles from Dallas, 2 miles from groceries, and restaurants, 12 miles from Denton, about the same from Dallas North Tollway and only 7 or 8 miles from Little Elm city center. You can ski, fish, boat and swim right in front of our property or go for a 10 minute ride by boat to the main lake. Anchor right here in front of the property to keep your boat conveniently located during your stay! In addition, the fishing is superb right here off of our bank! Private gated drive. If you like the peace and quiet, wildlife and country living while still being close to the suburbs, this is the place for you. (We love pets, but we do have a leash rule. If you bring your pets, please keep them on a leash at all times when they are outside).

Rustic

Rustic with old appliances and window units for airconditioning. Clean sheets, towels, kitchen. Burner on stove don't all work and what ever I cooked it stuck to pans (I would update pans). Wonderful deck and access to lake with fire pit and tables and chairs. Pet friendly which our dogs and cats loved. Plenty of parking and very quiet. Neighbors not very close which gave us privacy as well.

I'll be doing this again.

Amazing lakehouse property, the house was clean and everything was what he said it was the only weird thing were the ghost LOL great thing I actually love horror related things otherwise I would've been scared but other than that and I can only speak for myself but I'll be renting from him again and i have others that have also rented his property, we all love it.

Relaxation retreat

The house by the lake was great as it allowed us to disconnect from our busy lives. Spending time by the lake, feeling the breeze, listening 🎶 to the nature sounds afforded us with an opportunity for reflection and connectedness.

Longhorn 65th Birthday Adventure

We sure enjoyed this place! The land is beautiful with a great view and access to the lake. The house was so perfect for our group! GREAT AC!! The kitchen had everything we needed with an awesome gas grill outside. Our favorite spot was the back porch! The cows come right up to the porch and will let you feed them corn cobs, etc. They were really a big plus! Pete was so accommodating and a great host! Would love to go back and hope he never sells this property to the 'McMansions that are encroaching all around it.
