The cabin and surrounding area were nice. It is conveniently located. However, there were a lot of issues. Several outlets in the cabin did not work, the internet was spotty at best (wifi did not work the entire trip, but wired connections were ok at times), the tvs in the two bedrooms had zero function other than turning on, the golden tee game either did not work or we just couldn't figure out the secret to getting power to it, the master bathroom light has some serious electrical issues it just flickers on and off randomly, and 3 different times during our 3 night stay I had to go out and flip the breaker for the hot water heater. Again, it didn't kill the vibe for our family outing because we were mostly only there to sleep, but had the weather been bad or if we would have decided to stay in a day it would have been pretty rough.

Overall, the cabin was decent and conveniently located. It had a good amount of kitchen essentials, and the deck and hot tub were enjoyable features that we used and appreciated.However, the overall cleanliness was disappointing. There were quite a few bugs around the property, including on the ground/carpet, window seals, and noticeable cobwebs. I did reach out to the management company, and they were quick to respond and sent someone out that evening to vacuum. They mentioned that ladybugs are a recurring issue, but the bugs we encountered seemed to go well beyond that.There were also a few maintenance issues: the ice maker didn’t work, the recliner was broken, and the foosball table was also damaged. While these are relatively minor problems and could be easily addressed, they did affect our experience slightly.Despite these issues, the cabin itself was decent overall and has potential with better upkeep and attention to detail.

Weekend Family Trip

The cabin is located in a great area! It was easy to get to and in the middle of going to either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Our kids LOVED the arcade games and bunk beds, that was their space, as they referred to it. The cabin was very clean and had everything that we needed.

Perfect cabin for vacation

The cabin was beautiful and very comfortable furnishings. It was a perfect location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We really enjoyed the games and the hot tub and the huge porch. Check-in was easy, and the staff were wonderful to help with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend, and would love to stay with Aunt Bugs again.

Very convenient to all the area. Central location was perfect. House was very comfortable and clean. It could use more kitchen amenities (pots/pans, etc.). Overall we really enjoyed staying here. Playing games by the fireplace with the Christmas tree was a lot of fun. We’d come back for sure.

This cabin was great. Description was accurate and all around very nice. When we had issues getting the hot tub to heat, the management went out do their way to help. We really enjoyed the tub and game room area. Plenty of space and it was clean.

Overall it is a nice cabin. Needs some maintenance. My biggest concern was for the 1 yr old. The pickets on the deck seemed to far apart. She could get through. So safety was a concern. Only 5 forks for 8 guests left us running to buy plastic. I would look around a bit more if booking in same area.

Cabin is in need of some general maintenance upkeep. Screen door torn and falls off. Sink faucet handle falls off. Carpet stains that are very unpleasant looking. Fireplace instructions do not go with the unit. No instructions for hot tub that is turned on at side of house with GFI hardware piece. But otherwise, very nice cabin with great games a semi private. I would return no doubt. Just needs a bit of attention to above items.

This was one of my favorite vacations spots to date! The cabin was in the perfect spot to view the mountains. The wrap around porch was perfect for drinking coffee and watching the beautiful scenery! The Cabin was the perfect size for our family of 6. Pacman game upstairs was a huge plus! Hot tub was much needed and enjoyed, perfect position to watch the sunset! We will be back and already have friends asking for the info!

Memorial weekend last minute getaway

We went for my son’s 10th bday. It was a great time! Loved the place….not a far drive from the National park or in town. But felt like we were away from the craziness of the crowds. The only things we would say is that we didn’t know what light switches turned on what lights and the foosball table was missing the ball but everything else was amazing. We would come back in a heartbeat!!

Great cabin - very clean and loved the location!

We were very happy with this cabin. The rooms were spacious and the whole place was very clean. The hot tub worked great. The kids loved the game room. We had a question about how to light the fireplace and the rental company was very responsive in helping us figure it out. We couldn't tell if the windows had blinds from the pictures but they do. The location was also very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Decent for the price

Overall the cabin was nice, comfortable and in a good and quiet location. Definitely needs some updates to furniture and amenities but was clean. Property manager was quick to help and address issues we discovered on our stay there. Would recommend adding some additional amenities to the kitchen as it was very slim pickings for cooking and preparing meals.
