The condo is very spacious and the condo complex is beautiful. Very quiet location. The walk to the beach is under 10 minutes. Overall the unit was clean but the carpets had a lot of spots and needed to be cleaned.

Enjoyed the roomy condo with a kitchen that had plenty of dishes and pans. It was really nice having the garage to park the car in. Enjoyed the 2 pools. It was a misfortunate that 1 of the pools was struck by weather and closed on the 5th. It made the other pool area really crowded. This was for only 1 day. Everyone was nice and friendly. My only wish would have been to be on a higher floor to have a view of the ocean and the fireworks. I would consider this area again, just higher up or ocean front.

Farthest building from beach access

The complex was nice. The building our unit was in was the furthest from the beach. It was clean and comfortable. Did not like that I had to put bed clothes in the washer at 5 am while we were trying to get everything set to leave for the airport. An unnecessary inconvenience for guests who are trying to enjoy their short vacation time.

Great Condo

Definitely a great condo, lots of space and comfortable beds. I did feel like a few things with maintenance could be addressed. Kitchen scissors fell apart, closet door handle hanging off and rust stains in master bath sink (all maintenance issues not necessarily cleanliness). These few things did not take away any enjoyment from using condo just should have been taken care of before arriving since checkin is after 4 and checkout is 9:30am. Management did offer to come handle those items but I didn’t want to wait for someone nor do I want others in condo when I’m not there with our stuff. We would definitely return because still a great condo all together!

Overall we had a good experience. The unit we stayed in was a little worn-some stains on carpet, living furniture pretty worn and uncomfortable but overall a nice place to stay. The beach was easy to get to and was a really beautiful beach. Others in the complex were very friendly. We would stay here again
