Family chalet facing Mont Blanc

The cottage is located in a quiet area of ​​St Gervais 2 km from the center in a road with little traffic because only accessible to residents.
It has a large living room (45 m2), kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The total area is 145 m2.
The living room includes a seating area equipped with TV, CD / DVD player, Internet access.
The chalet sleeps 10 people:
- Two rooms (13 m2 each) are equipped with beds for 2 people (160 cm for a 140 cm for the other),
- Two bedrooms (10 and 15 m2) feature 2 single beds (90 cm)
- Bedroom (12 m2) with a sofa bed for 2 persons (2 x 80 cm).

Two beds for younger children are also available: a barred wooden bed and a cot.

The beds are equipped with sheets and duvets.

It enjoys a splendid view of Mont Blanc, but also on the valley that leads to Chamonix.

Outside, a large garden of 1000 m2 with many flowers adorns the summer cottage. Meals can be enjoyed on the large terrace facing south.
Parking permits to park 4 cars.
