'Casetta-Belvedere "is part of a residence of the seventeenth century listed in the Vomero neighborhood in Naples. Away from the noise, independent entrance and beautiful sea view, it is close to the subway and funiculars.
A small house very well equipped and comfortable, which sleeps two, or even three people using the sofa bed in the lounge. At the heart of vomero neighborhood and at the same time away from the noise of the city, its position will guarantee peace and quiet to relax in a private residence, the oldest and charming neighborhood vomero, with stunning sea views . Guests will marvel at this enchanted place where they can move easily to visit the city.
It consists of a bedroom with double bed and a terrace with beautiful sea views, ideal for romantic dinners and breakfasts. There is also a small living room with sofa bed (for two) and a balcony, kitchenette, two bathrooms-suite bathroom with shower. The kitchen is available for guests.

This is a very safe area, full of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
We are right next to the Villa Floridiana, the Certosa San Martino Museum, which preserves among other exposure Neapolitan Crèche eighteenth century, the splendid staircase called 'Pedamentina' World Heritage of UNESCO, which is the way the longest pedestrian and old from the city: 414 steps that connect the Certosa di San Martino with the Spaccanapoli area in the heart of the city; the house is very close to the Diana theater. You can take long walks and shopping in the pedestrian streets of via Scarlatti via e Luca Giordano.
The Vomero district is well served by Metro and the three funiculars located 5-10 min walk. The most beautiful in Europe metro station is easily accessible and the Central Station (Stazione Centrale Garibaldi) is a 15 minute ride.
With the Central Funicular, you can easily reach, and after a short walk, the port 'Molo Beverello', from where shuttle boats depart (hydrofoils and traghetti) to the islands, Ischia, Procida and Capri.
The house is easily accessible by car (output device 'tangenziale': Vomero) and has a parking space inside the villa with electric gate.
Villa Belvedere was the residence of Princes Carafa Belvedere; at the time of famous people such as c Bourbon King Ferdinand and Queen Marie Caroline, for the birth of his daughter Princess Elizabeth stayed there; and in 1813 Joachim Murat, who was at that time the King of Naples.
