Superbe cadre pour des vacances à la mer

Beau lotissement calme et agréable. Maison de vacances idéale avec grande véranda et vue mer. Maison fonctionnelle meublée et équipements complets. Attention : linge de literie à prévoir.

wir würden am liebsten hier bleiben.

Ein hübsches Karibisches Haus , funktionell eingerichtet und alles funktioniert. Wer sich nicht an ein paar Wasserflecken stört und es gerne etwas frischer hat, der ost hier auf dem Berg bestens aufgehoben. Der Pool ist super und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. An das morgendliche Hähnekrähen hat man sich schnell gewöhnt und wird es daheim vermissen.

Renovierungsbedürftig

Der Kontakt bei der Buchung, Empfang und Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hauses ist schön, es ist ruhig und abseits allen Verkehrs (nur ein paar Dutzend Hähne krähen früh morgens). Terrasse und Pool sind gepflegt und es gibt gute Gartenmöbel und einen Weber-Grill (geteilt zwischen den Häusern). Das Innere des Hauses ist aber stark renovierungsbedürftig und könnte auch sauberer sein. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind rostig. Wohnzimmermöbel sind nicht wie abgebildet, sondern ein Klappsofa, das mal ein Ledersofa war aber das Leder ist ab, und ein Stapel verschmutzter Kissen und Matratzen. Alle Möbel sind aufgequollen, als ob mal Überschwemmung war (was hier schlecht möglich ist, denn das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel). Die Matratzen sind fleckig, keine Matratzenschoner o.ä. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten aber gut. Geschirr und Küchengerät war nicht sauber, mussten wir nochmal spülen. Der Kühlschrank war nicht ausgeräumt und alles klebte. Das Bad ist klein und gammelig. Es ist schade, die Häuser liegen schön und dank Hügellage und Wind mückenfrei und haben auch eine gute Bausubstanz. Eine neue Einrichtung, ein neuer Anstrich und eine bessere Reinigung (würde ich ja gerne bezahlen) und die 5 Sterne wären erreicht! Wir werden wohl nicht wiederkommen.
