Gulf Crest #2 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome that is only a short walk to the crystal-clear water and white sands of Miramar Beach. The townhouse comes equipped with high speed internet/Wi-Fi and keyless entry. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a has a flat screen tv with cable. The guest room has a twin over queen bunkbed and has a flat screen tv with cable. The newly remodeled living room has a sleeper sofa. This beautiful townhome is a perfect place to vacation with your family and friends and sleeps up to 6. The community pool is only steps away and is equipped with chairs and umbrellas. This townhome is sure to give you the perfect vacation experience!

Gulf Crest Townhomes are convenient to both the beautiful Destin/Miramar beaches and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible restaurants, shopping and a play park with children’s activities. Family beach vacation

The location was perfect (a very short walk to the beach) and the pool was perfect as well. The owner was very attentive and the neighbor was great also and tried his best to make sure we were taken care of too.

We absolutely love staying here! The area is great the pool is super convenient and it’s a very very short walk to the beach, as well as a small ice cream shop and souvenir shop. Place is absolutely perfect and has everything you need to cook what ever you want like pots and pans. Definitely plan on staying again!

Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids (ages 10-14). Having a full kitchen with full size appliances was helpful for dinners in! Would definitely stay again!

Best location spot in Destin

The condos are always clean and looks fantastic. They are less than a block away from the beach which is super great with a pool right outside the door. This is the only place I'd stay when visiting Destin. The owners were super helpful with getting us checked in. Fabulous stay! Well definitely be back! Thanks a bunch Kelly!!!

A Hidden Gem

This was the perfect place for my family for the time we were in the Miramar Beach area. Quiet, comfortable, and clean with a nice pool and a short walk to one of the nicest beaches I’ve ever been to. Highly recommended. We will be back!

Great property just a block from the beach away from the noisy traffic. Very clean and nice with cold air! The owner is great person to work with and whom I got to meet. Definitely would stay here again. Also! Pomono Joe’s in the beach has great food!

Hidden paradise

This condo along with location was perfect. There were no elevators or steps to climb pool right outside the front door parking was maybe 50 ft from the front door very short walk to the beach the condo was very clean, well decorated,and the kitchen had plenty of utensils for use i caught 2 keeper size pompano that we cooked in the oven they were great never caught or cooked them before. I did not want to leave this place, if you are looking for the perfect condo this is it

This was our second time staying at this property and we love it there. There was technical difficulties with the internet. The owner was very responsive and gave a partial refund for the inconvenience. Great location and property manager that lives in neighboring property is so helpful and very friendly

The location was great ! Walking distance to the beach ! The shower in the master bedroom was unusually small ! The biggest negative was the bed in the master bedroom, the bed was very uncomfortable making it difficult to get a good night sleep. Seems to be an old coil mattress ! Very noisy!

The property's manager got back to us promptly with any questions we had. This condo is hidden but very close to the ocean and Pompano Joe's restaurant. Super friendly and understanding manager. I will remember this condo and try to rent it anytime I vacation in miramar. We had zero issue with the condo but the weather was rough. I give only 2 stars to mother nature for the week.

Kelly was friendly and responsive, quickly helping with entry and providing WiFi details. The property is spacious and well-stocked with basics like plates (including kids’), measuring cups, toaster, coffee maker, plus dish and laundry detergent, soap, trash bags, paper towels, and a sponge—these thoughtful extras were appreciated.The walk to the beach is quick, though you do cross a busy road; we had no issues crossing safely.That said, we were surprised by some cleanliness and maintenance issues given previous rave reviews. We found blood on the bathroom wall, which Kelly offered to address, but we cleaned ourselves. Later, we noticed dried icing on the fridge checklist, a moldy shower curtain, dusty ceiling fans, possible mold in a bathroom drawer, stained pillows without protectors, partly missing patio blinds, and rusted pool tables. The closet with the air filter and water heater made strange noises, the filter was filthy, and some exposed wiring looked like a potential fire hazard.Overall, the space is roomy and well-equipped, but some deeper cleaning and maintenance would improve the stay
