We just loved this property. Very quaint, clean, updated and tons of amenities! The back yard is an oasis in itself. Wish we could have enjoyed it longer.

Really nice house with everything you need. We were impressed by how well maintained the property was and the attention to detail. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub worked well. Good quality furniture and kitchenware. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve stayed at several places and this one has been the best, starting with the communication with the owners. The interior of the home is magazine ready, every detail is covered. Wow. The beds were very comfortable- slept better than I do at home. The outside was equally impressive with plenty of space to hangout at the fire pit or in the hot tub. Cutest neighborhood. Close to downtown, maybe 8 minutes. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you.

We spent 8 nights in this amazing home located in a very quiet neighborhood. Very clean and everything you would possibly need for your stay. One of the days we stayed happened to be our 33rd wedding anniversary. Jill got flowers put on the table for me to surprise my wife, but she went way out of her way by getting a hand painted table runner with Happy Anniversary and painted flowers. If we ever make it back to Colorado Springs, we will definitely be staying here. Thank you Chad and Jill!

This was the perfect stay for our time in Colorado. It’s a central location, walking friendly neighborhood, and the home had everything we needed for our family of 5. The host was welcoming and accommodating, even the neighbors were sweet and welcoming - we’ll be back!

This host was more than accommodating! The house had everything needed and was stocked with dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, shampoos, coffee etc. The host was also great to communicate with and helped give tips where to go and what to do. I would highly recommend this host and house!
