The Les Clots du Sauze cottage welcomes you all year round with a capacity of 4 people.

With an area of 70m², it consists of:

• a parental suite equipped with a double bed 140x190, a dressing room and a bathroom with bath,


• a double bedroom equipped with 2 90x190 beds that can be joined and a large closet with wardrobe,


• a shower room with shower cubicle and basin,


• an equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, induction hob, crockery and kitchen utensils,


• a dining-living room with dining area, sofa and television


• a garden area with furniture.


The bedrooms and the living room offer access to the balcony with a view of the Serre-Ponçon dam.



To note

Access is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (1st floor).

Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge, as well as a baby cot and high chair on request.

C'est comme si vous arriviez à la maison, les lits sont faits et propres. Idem pour le linge de maison. La propriétaire est aux petits soins. Encore merci Audrey pour votre réactivité pour le lave-vaisselle ;-) Que dire d'autre ? Un endroit magnifique et bien situé entre mer et montagnes (randos et baignade). Un appart au top et Audrey plus qu'au top ! Certainement à l'année prochaine.

Great holiday

We spend a week in the area and had a very wonderfull time! The region is fantastic, nature is very wonderfull and there's lots of possibilities to do (climbing, walking, swimming, ....). We got a warm welcome and in the house there is everything you need to have a good stay! Definitively a place to recommend!

La vue, le calme !!!

Emplacement et conditions de séjour idéales. Au calme et situé sur le promontoire de la Sauze du Lac, le gîte moderne et tout confort de Mme Chevallier offre, de son balcon ou sa terrasse, une vue imprenable à 180° sur l'écrin du lac de Serre-Ponçon, ses magnifiques montagnes, ses fjords et son eau turquoise. Un grand merci à Mme Chevallier pour son accueil chaleureux et cette parenthèse ressourçante.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, l'appartement était vraiment conforme aux photos du site . Propreté, rien à dire. Balcon avec très belle vue. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour, nous sommes partis le mardi à cause de la situation de confinement. Donc que 2 jours sur place. Mais nous avons tout apprécié.... Merci Audrey !

Tolle Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung auf dem Dorf mit sehr netten Vermietern. Im Dorf führt ein steiler Wanderweg zum Strand am Stausee. Für den Weg sollte eine halbe bis dreiviertel Stunde eingeplant werden. Zu den nächsten Geschäften fährt man 20 Minuten. Für einen Urlaub mit Wanderungen und Rennrad-Touren ist Le Sauze-du-Lac ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Für kleine Kinder ist allerdings wenig geboten. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir waren in der Nebensaison, daher nicht mehr so viel Betrieb. Die Unterkunft war sauber und zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin und deren Vater waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz hoher Verständigungs- schwierigkeiten, dort kein deutsch, wir kein französisch, lief alles reibungslos. Kann man zum Wandern, Rad- oder Motorradfahren bestens empfehlen. Zum Baden muß man ca. 6 km zum See fahren oder einen steilen Bergpfad benutzen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Formidable séjour au Sauze du lac

Un chalet ravissant qui dispose d'une vue dégagée sur les montagnes. Un accès à une plage sympathique pour profiter du lac, accessible à pied et en voiture. Le lac de serre-poncon est un lieu apaisant pour passer de belles vacances et au top pour les amoureux de randonnées.

Séjour très agréable

Très belle location avec tout le confort. Accueil très chaleureux, la mise à disposition du linge de maison et de lit (lits faits à notre arrivée) est très appréciable. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires seraient bienvenus : quelques couverts en plus, un ou deux plats, un vrai four, un étendoir à linge plus grand avec des pinces à linge plus nombreuses. La terrasse extérieure n’ est pas très pratique car l’appartement est à l’étage. La plage et les activités nautiques sont à 5 mn en voiture et les commerces à 15 mn. Le village est très joli. La propriétaire est très sympathique.
