A full sea view, a 2-minute walk from its sandy beaches and a pleasant beach hut.

This splendid villa on the Route des Sanguinaires will charm you with its ideal location.
Fully air-conditioned.
Living room, dining room, and fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, etc.) open onto a terrace of over
60 m².
On the garden level, you have a master suite with a double bed, shower room with toilet, as well as a large dressing room and sofa bed.
Upstairs, you have 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, and 2 toilets.
The villa has a private pool and jacuzzi.
On the terrace, you have garden furniture with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Ajaccio, a large dining table, deckchairs, and a gas grill.
The pool is secured for the comfort of parents, and the jacuzzi has a protective cover.
Baby cot and high chair are available.
The cleaning fee is not included in the rental price; it is payable on site (€190).

A 4-minute drive from shops (bakery and small supermarket) and a 7-minute drive from the center of Ajaccio.

Restaurants: Along the seafront, you'll find numerous restaurants and beach huts. A 150-meter walk from the villa is the restaurant and its beach hut "Côté Plage."

Activities: Water sports near the villa, where you can enjoy tubing, jet skiing, parasailing, pedal boating, paddleboarding, and more.

Great Villa

We had a wonderful stay the villa was clean and had a gorgeous view of the sea. Sabrina was a wonderful host and helped us navigate the neighborhood. I will be back!!!!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im Haus. Gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Das Meer ist nur 5 Gegminuten entfernt und lohnt sich (sehr sauberes, türkises Wasser). Der Whirlpool ist einsame klasse. Der Pool ist schön aber auf der Terrasse etwas schlecht gelegen (hinten im der Ecke).

Logement très agréable et grand, idéal pour une grande famille. Équipements plutôt agréable. La literie est toutefois pas top…. Et la terrasse est très glissante une fois qu’on sort de la piscine et du jacuzzi. Au delà de ça, l’hôte a été top, super accueil, flexibl. On recommande mis à part ces deux gros points négatifs.

Bonjour Je suis désolé que vous ayez glissé pourtant c’est bien un carrelage anti dérapant comme je vous l’ai dit. Pour les matelas il y en a 3 qui ont été changé en début de saison remplacement de 140 par 160. Il est prévu que je change les matelas des petits lits et l’autre chambre. Nous essayons de faire au mieux pour que vos séjours soient agréable et prenons en considération toutes vos remarques pour améliorer vos séjours. Belle journée À bientôt Sabrina

Belle villa spacieuse, lumineuse, face à la mer mais....

Très belle villa proche de la mer. Un inconvénient : il faut systématiquement traverser Ajaccio (ça circule très mal) pour chaque excursion (à part les Sanguinaires). Au niveau du logement, belles prestations et beaucoup d'espace mais quelques manquements (parasol de plage sans pied, fixation du parasol de terrasse rudimentaire, deux fermetures de parois de douche pas hermétiques, les matelas des bains de soleil seraient à changer et un fauteuil du salon extérieur ne devrait pas être mis à disposition des vacanciers car sa réparation avec de la cornière métallique présente un danger de coupure. La Villa étant en hauteur, son accès s’effectue par un escalier en 3 paliers d’une trentaine de marches au total. Information importante à faire connaître pour les Personnes à Mobilité Réduite.

Schönes Haus, super Lage

Dad Haus war schön und sehr ruhig, auch wenn wir nicht alleine auf dem Grundstück waren. Die Pools und die Ausssicht sind traumhaft!! Sabrina ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die sich schnell um alles kümmert. es ist genügend Platz für 8 -10 Personen und man kann zwei Fahrzeuge in der Garahe parken. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, Strände sind zu Fuß erreichbar und man kann schöne Ausflüge und Wanderungen in der Nähe (auf Korsika immer relativ...) unternehmen.

Perfekt geeignet für unsere Gruppe (8 Personen), traumhafter Ausblick von der Terasse, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, super Kommunikation mit Sabrina im Vorfeld, alles notwendige vorhanden (inkl. Spülmaschine)

Quelques points à améliorer pour être parfait !

Très bien accueillis par Sabrina, nous avons séjourné à 13 personnes dans cette villa. Vue mer superbe de la terrasse avec jacuzzi. Villa bien située et fonctionnelle, sauf le nombre de places du salon et de la table à manger ne pouvant accueillir que 6 à 8 personnes à la fois. (rotation pour les repas) À noter, la chambre parentale est située en bas de la villa, en extérieur, donc à calculer si enfants en bas âge. Nous recommandons tout de même

Bien située, vue mer. espace agréable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Espace de l'appartement agréable. Petites précisions: accès à l'appartement par de nombreuses marches et sans rampe 2 Chambres avec climatisation en panne certes en septembre c'est moins grave. Lits 140. Toilettes dans les salles de bain. Aucun produits d'entretien ou alimentaire de première nécessité mis à disposition même pas du savon par contre dans un placard bas de la cuisine nous avons trouvé des sachets de mort aux rats dans un paquet de pastilles pour lave-vaiselle...Heureusement que nous avons été interpellé par la forme des pastilles à l'allure bizarre. Le lit de la chambre en bas en 160n'est pas confortable. Toilettes dans la salle de bain donnant dans la chambre sans porte. Sur la terrasse il faudrait ajouter des parasols. Jakuzzi très appréciable. Piscine bien entretenue.
