Old corp farm located outside the village, in a very quiet and friendly place, 10 km from Saint-Omer, 20km from Dunkirk, near Bergues, Francoise and Francis welcome you in a cottage of 4to 5 or you can find everything comfort, kitchen, lounge, bathroom and 3 bedrooms upstairs, tv, etc ... wiffi
You can enjoy many walking paths, you can also visit the La Coupole, the ramparts of Bergues, the port of Dunkirk, the blockhouse Eperlesques etc ..

Lovely family break

We really enjoyed our week. Very tranquil and relaxing, and also a great base to enjoy heading over to Lille and Bruge as we did.

Quiet location

The property was perfect for us and perfect having a games room available to use,which we used every night. Great place to use as a base and travel out to various places.

Relaxing stay in rural settin

Family Vacation

This is a great place to stay. Ludovico is the new owner and he and his wife are so kind. We got past the language barrier pretty easily. My wife enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and I enjoyed doing the shopping, going to the nearby Aldi almost every day. We found really interesting day trips near St Omer and Dunkerque. Highly recommend this place. We hope to return.

A great base a short distance into France

Our time at the gite will leave us with lots of good memories. A very comfortable place so easy and quick to get to from Calais. It is a nice area and in easy reach too of the coast, Lille (an hour by train) and Bruges (an hour in the car) for instance. The nearby village has a much (by us) used bakery, and we enjoyed doing a set circular walk around. We enjoyed some table tennis in the games room too. Francoise a very good host/owner.

Je recommande chaudement cette location.L'hôte est très gentil.La maison est très bien et les enfants ont adoré la salle de jeux. Juste une alerte pour les personnes qui doivent aller aux toilettes la nuit. L'escalier n'est pas facile quand on est pas bien réveillé.

Bonjour Christine. Je vous remercie pour votre compliment. Je souhaite éclaircir la remontrance sur les escaliers. Effectivement j'ai constaté ce jour que les 2 détecteurs de mouvement en bas et en haut des escaliers ne se déclenchaient plus à mon passage. J'ai donc reprogrammé l'intensité et la durée de l'allumage des lumières. Je suis désolé que ce dérèglement ait pu nuire à votre séjour durant la nuit. L'escalier est d'une inclinaison normale avec des marches de 19 cm sécurisé par une rampe avec barreaux d'un coté et le mur de l'autre côté. Si nécessaire pour les locations à venir je peux transmettre la photo des escaliers afin de vous rassurer.

Sehr ländlich, schön hergerichtete Häuser. Parken auf dem Grundstück möglich. Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Spielraum ist ein Traum für Groß und Klein. Sauberkeit war top und die Dusche sogar komplett neu.

Absolut netter Gastgeber! :)

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Uns fehlte es an nichts... Kaffeemaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, Gasherd, ausreichend Töpfe und Pfannen, gemütliche Couch und gemütliche Betten... Das Besteck hat vielleicht schon bessere Tage gesehen und als einziger kleiner Negativpunkt möchte ich erwähnen, dass die Dusche und Esstisch-Stühle nicht für mehrgewichtige Menschen gemacht sind. Mein Mann fühlte sich auf den Stühlen unsicher und in der Dusche konnte er sich schwer drehen. Aber ansonsten waren wir von Ludovics Freundlichkeit und seiner Bereitschaft mit uns in einem wilden Sprachmix aus Englisch, Französisch und Gebärden Gespräche zu führen sehr angetan. Und an den Tagen an denen wir nichts vorhatten, hat der Spielraum mit Billard, Tischtennis, Kicker und Dart der Langeweile entgegen gewirkt. Merci beaucoup, cher Ludovic! Tu es très gentil! :)

Ich danke Ihnen für Ihren Aufenthalt. Sie sind eine lächelnde und freundliche Familie. Meine Erinnerungen an Englisch in der Schule sind weit weg, aber sie kommen nach und nach wieder hoch. Nach der Übernahme vor einem Jahr wechseln wir nach und nach die Bettwäsche, die Sofas und die Elektrogeräte. Wir werden die Stühle im Speisesaal austauschen. Wir wissen, dass die Duschkabine eine Standardgröße hat. Es kommt vor, dass sie für manche Menschen etwas eng ist. Es ist geplant, sie gegen eine größere auszutauschen, da das Badezimmer dies zulässt. Ich wünsche Ihnen alles Gute. Mit freundlichen Grüßen.

Wenn man es sehr ländlich und ruhig mag, ist man hier genau richtig. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine Spielhalle mit Billiard, Tischtennis und Tischkicker. Man ist in 30 min am Strand und es gibt viele Ausflugsziele in der nähe. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Wlan ect. Fazit: immer wieder gerne :-) Und ein Danke an eine tolle Zeit
