'Disney Villa' our Beautiful Villa with Large Sunny sun trap Pool deck with Spa

Our wonderful Florida Villa has 4 double bedrooms (2 master en-suites) which both lead directly out on to the pool deck area, 2 further bedrooms (one has a Disney theme) with their own bathroom. We have a separate Family Room (with a brand new 65' Samsung Smart HD TV with Cinema Surround Sound all round the Family Room - you can Skype on our TV, watch internet films, Blu Ray DVD's and also included is unlimited access to Netflix, DVD and Stereo system), a Living Room where you can sit quietly with a book and a separate Dining Room for those family meals. We have a fantastic extra large pool facing a Sunny South Westerly direction with Jacuzzi.
We also have a great Games Room with Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, Games Machine and Electronic Darts. As well as a Safe, a PC with High Speed / Wireless Internet Connection and webcam, Playstation with games, a new XBOX 360 Kinect with games, Cot/Crib, Highchair, Pushchair and loads more. We are fully equipped for family fun.

Those Extra Touches:: We pride ourselves on keeping our villa immaculate and a pleasure to holiday in. Our Management Company is always to hand to help you out with extra info - they are first class and always available.

We have ceiling fans in all our rooms, including the large double lanai outside. All our bedrooms have their own TV and CD Player.

We also have a stunning Games Room with a Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, electronic darts and the most brilliant Games Machine with all the old favourites like Pac Man and Space Invaders for you to while away your evenings.

Also, for your convenience and security the villa has a Safe.

We have spent a huge amount of time making our Villa a wonderful home for us when we are there and a fantastic, luxurious home from home for our Guests

Golf: We are minutes away from several golf courses which we can give you more information on.

If you would like the more professional course, the Champions Gate Golf Course is just 5 minutes away.

Spring Break Stay

Great place to stay and relax. Loved the layout of the house, plenty of space for my wife and i and our sons. Pool and hot tub were so nice to have. Very quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful holiday. The villa was beautiful. clean.Very well equipped with all the necessities The owner Terri was very helpful as were the management company. I would definitely recommend this property, infact we have already booked again for June. and very well equiped .

Great host and vacation

Terri was amazing. She answered questions promptly and was extremely friendly. The house was very warm and inviting. The cleaning staff did an excellent job of providing us with a refreshing stay. Although there were only three of us, this house provided room for many more. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. The location was good if you wanted to do things, but we chose to just relax on the lounge chairs and enjoy the pool. The game area was fun since we decided to just enjoy the down time. I would highly recommend this vacation home if you want a very clean, nice place to stay.

The house was just as advertised. The location worked well for our trips to Disney. The pool area is sufficiently private, which is exactly what we were hoping for. Terri (the owner) was very responsive and made sure we had a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Good place to stay if you don’t want to use the pool, fans, or trash cans.

This house is a spacious beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. It has a fun game room for kids or adults. However the pool wasn’t heated, the trash cans were full (the same day they were supposed to be emptied) and the fans when you turned them on made a grinding sound like they were about to fall off the ceiling. Our stay was over Thanksgiving week but couldn’t get ahold of the property manager about the pool, so we couldn’t use it. Overall it fit our needs for what we were doing and would probably stay here again. Like I said in the beginning it is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood.

Family Disney Vacation

Home was very clean and kitchen had everything provided. Pool was also very clean! Terri was super with communication and answered all our questions. If you like biking Winter Garden has great biking trails and rentals. Highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed.

Quiet time

Overall was a great place to come home to after being out. Quiet, lots of room to spread out. Nice neighborhood on the outskirts of the business of Orlando/Kissamee. Its about hr and half drive to clearwater and about hr and half drive to Cocoa beach. We were able to enjoy both the sunset and sunrise. I recommend spending time at each place. Fun spot and Old Town were 20-30 away. Great location overall.

Pool home near Disney

A gorgeous home with plenty of space and amenities. Dog friendly. Spacious kitchen and living area. Great game room. Quiet neighborhood with stores and restaurants close by. Had loads of fun. Owners were very attentive and ensured we were happy with their home.

Large, spacious & beautiful villa. Loved the heated pool & jacuzzi, especially after long days spent at the parks. Games room is a bonus, had some great pool matches with family members. I have nothing negative to say about this property. Everything was as described. We are looking at coming back next year and this will be the 1st house we look at for availability. The villa is close to disney but the I-4 is incredibly busy every morning/ day & night. Give yourself an hour for disney and roughly 1.5 hours for Universal. We knew this before booking the villa, we just love the area so much. We have stayed on Tuscan Ridge before, do not hesitate to book. The communication with the property management is amazing.

Awesome House!

This house was a perfect fit for our group of 4 adults and three young kids. It was great hanging out in the warm pool and the kids loved playing the video game in the playroom. Terri the owner was very helpful and always answered my emails right away. We never actually spoke on the phone. I was nervous about sending a check to a different country so she had me pay through the property management company with a credit card. It went very smoothly. Oh yeah, Disney was fun too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone headed to the Disney area.

One of our best trips to Central Florida

We have enjoyed our time at Disney Villa for a month and hated to leave. Terry is a great person to work with. She is right on top of things, no waiting to hear back and wondering. Her home has everything you would ever need...it's a well designed and furnished home. We loved the beautiful TV to watch March Madness on. The best part is that this is a pet friendly villa and we could bring our special fur baby along. The pool area is huge and sunny as it faces Southwest. The area is very private surrounded by shrubs on 3 sides and the spa is awesome. We hated to leave but will definitely be back. Thank you Terry, for sharing your beautiful home with us and for being so lovely to work with. the Farleighs
