About this property

Alaskan Beauty a few miles outside of Fairbanks on Chena Hot Springs Road. Serene setting on acreage at a dead end. Approximately 550 square feet. Private entrance. Must be able to climb stairs. Two additional units within the structure can also be rented if needed for larger groups. Six miles from downtown Fairbanks with many unique and awesome experiences. Or you can travel the opposite direction for 55 miles and arrive at Chena Hot Springs Resort for a day of luxury at the hot springs!

The directions are the following: go to three-quarter mile Chena hot Springs Road. Make a left on a street called Hillcrest. Go uphill on Hillcrest 1/4 of a mile. Do not veer to the right. Go straight across and you will be on Berentsen Lane. Go to the end and you will see a Green two-story house (currently under construction). Go past it go to the right. Take the left-hand side of the road up. The efficiency is at the back up the long flight of stairs. The door will be open and the key will be inside. Contact me if you have any questions or concerns. Just a few other things, please leave the key on the table where you find it when you depart, quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM and smoking is outside only away from open windows Absolutely no drugs on the premises.

The Internet connection is the following: Titan1_2.4. The password is 4getmenot. There is unlimited internet use, TV’s but no cable You will need to bring your own roku and cords. You must run the hot water a little longer so it makes its way up to that unit. So, always check water temperature prior to bathing. And, no outdoor shoes worn Inside.

Beautiful property!

This place is out of town enough to be quiet, but not too far of a drive. The apartment was just the right size and had everything we needed for an extended stay. Our host was polite and the communication was great.

Lovely Private Apartment in the Woods

We had a very lovely stay at this property. It's not very far out of town, but in a quiet, secluded area. The rental was clean and tidy and had a full kitchen and refrigerator, which was nice for my longer length of stay. The owner was super responsive to any questions and communication we had, which I appreciated. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay Lee Ann!

family visit

great spot! comfortable and roomy. kitchen could use a few more items, bed updated comforter and sheets and a blanket or two for while watching tv on the comfy couches. quiet, peaceful and the roads up to it is ver easily driven. when you get there drive to the end of the street and way up the hill to the pretty gray house! Very easy access to main roads !! great host!!!
