Beautful location and views

Sabine was an excellant host and responded to every question immediately. The villa was set in a beautiful location on the hillside with gorgeous views over the bay. The airport and Old Town were only a 20-30 minute drive away. The facilities at the villa were all we needed and was clean and tidy.

Great house with a stunning view. Beautiful nights with barbecue on the terrace. Amazing infinity pool. Everything clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

Unbelievable view

Where do I start! We stayed at this villa for a week and we held our wedding reception here. We felt like celebrities! The views were breath taking. Ideal place to stay for a group. 12 adults stayed and it was great that we all had separate bathrooms. Sabine was very quick and helpful replying to emails and answering any questions in the lead up to our holiday and Nikki was very helpful during our stay in the villa. All the guests at the wedding didn't stop talking about how amazing the villa was, especially the view and pool! You have a beautiful home Sabine!

Amazing view of the bay and Formentera

It's a sensational view with a very nice pool, which goes a long way. There is lots of space but only 2 bedrooms are connected to the kitchen and living area so bedroom options are a bit limited with smaller children. I would recommend taking your own supply of 4G broadband if you or your kids like Netflix etc as not much data is available on the wifi in fairness for reasons beyond the control of the owner. Also no BBQ was provided due to apparent fire risk which was a shame. But overall a lovely week and Sabine the owner and Nikki who assists were super helpful hosts.

Thank you Paul for your appreciation. 3 little things: We prefer offer intimacy of couples that s why we have only 2 bedroom communicating and many terraces. For the BBQ it s a house in the middle of pine trees for fear of fires we prefer the electric board. And for Internet we have 2 boxes of 50GB each and it s a first time that we have this problem. Amazing villa in the woods with stunning view

We had a 7 night stay a party of 9, the photos don't do right! The property is even more amazing in real life than in pictures. Sabine was always in contact and helped when needed, also Johanna who is in charge of the groups was very friendly and helpful. The master bedroom has the best view of the house and the pool is as good as it gets. Will definately return with any chance we have

Incredible Property with Incredible Views

It is impossible not to fall in love with the view every time we looked at it again, every day of our holiday. The rooms are all spacious and well-appointed with a good amount of privacy and the common area had a great flow between the kitchen, living area, indoor/outdoor dining areas and the poolside. Ideal for a relaxing holiday!

Great villa, location and view!

To start with, we really appreciated Sabine's (the host) responsiveness which helped a lot if making our decision. She also sent a list of recommendations, instructions and rules ahead of time. We were a party of 12 so the Villa's size was perfect! We were welcomed by Nikki who was also very helpful to provide all the instructions and also to provide recommendations. The villa provides the necessary privacy as each room has its own bathroom with hot water, it is well maintained and the kitchen is fully equipped to cook and includes a dishwashing machine and a supermarket close by! The photos on the listing are accurate. You can commute with Taxi however, as per the host's recommendation and mine, rent a car as it is on a residential hill next to other villas. Endless pool with the great view is a treat whether at sunrise or sunset :) Just a minor remark: remember to report any breakage or damage to Nikki/Sabine on check-in or right after as there is a security deposit that is taken initially to account for those, that will avoid any misunderstanding in case that wasn't caused by your party. Thank you Sabine for renting us your lovely villa and Nikki for taking care of us.

Honeymoon in paradise

My wife and I spend a part of our honeymoon in this awesome villa. Although, it is probably more suited for a bigger party (the house has 6 bedrooms), we enjoyed every minute of the breathtaking view from the infinit pool. All the administration went smoothly and Nikki was efficient and wonderful. We highly recommend this villa and will be back.

Big Family Holiday

This is a great villa for a large group. Not only is Sabine extremely helpful and quick to reply to all messages/queries. The views from this villa are spectacular and you never grow tired of waking up to them. There were 12 of us staying, 10 adults and two older children. We all had separate bedrooms/bathrooms and there was enough space to fell like your weren't I top of each other all the time. It's well situated, 10 mins from the airport by car, 20 mins from Ibiza old town and 15/20 mins from San Antonio. Everything was easily accessible by car and the villa has everything you would need and more, home from home. We would like to thank Sabine for letting us stay in her wonderful villa for 10 days, we felt like superstars with the infinity pool and view and the kids barely left the pool (as did the adults). Highly recommended all round!

Beautiful villa, amazing view!

We had a wonderful time with our friends and kids. The location is amazing, the view gets you every morning again when you wake up! The villa is nice and the fact that every room has its own bathroom is perfect for everybody's privacy. Overall perfect location!

Nous rentrons à peine de notre séjour dans cette maison superbe, vrai havre de paix. La maison est très agréable, tout y est fait pour passer des vacances reposantes. Le plus de cette maison, en dehors de la vue magnifique et de sa piscine à débordement donnant sur la baie est le nombre de chambres, chacune avec sa salle de bains. On peut y séjourner à plusieurs tout en étant indépendants.. Nous y retournerons tant nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Une semaine de rêve

Les photos sont déjà alléchantes, mais quelle surprise en arrivant : la vue est absolument exceptionnelle!! La villa est très agréable, fonctionnelle, on se sent chez soi. Plusieurs chambres/salles de bain forment des unités indépendantes, ce qui est très pratique pour préserver l'intimité de chacun. La terrasse est très spacieuse, et la piscine à débordement est parfaite. Le cadre est vraiment enchanteur, on ne se lasse pas de regarder la mer et Formentera. On est en pleine nature, tout en étant proche de Es Cubells et San Josep. Bref, on a tous été conquis!! Merci encore à Sabine qui est très accueillante et réactive.
