About this property

Detached house on fully enclosed garden of 500 m² with closed garage for your holiday equipment, a covered courtyard for 2 cars and a terrace under pergola with a table and 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers, large parasol.

You will have:
  - an open fitted kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, gas cooker, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, all utensils and crockery for 6 people;
  - a 35 m² living room with a fireplace, "clic-clac" for an extra bed for 2 people; TV, WIFI, direct internet access, board games...
- 2 bedrooms of 11 m² with 140 cm bed;
  - a bedroom of 9 m² with 2 single beds;
  - a baby bed and a high chair;
  - a bathroom with large shower;
  - a veranda of 24 m², to the southwest with a table and a 7-seat lounge;
  - a veranda of 18 m², to the east, garden side, with table, sink, washing machine, dishwasher, storage ...

In winter, wood for the fireplace is available.

Très agréable maison

Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, la maison est spacieuse, le jardin est très agréable, sans vis à vis et bien clos. Mention particulière pour l’équipement de la maison, rien ne manque, jusqu’au moindre détail ! A moins de 10mn à pied d’une grande plage de sable fin.

Séjour de vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour durant les 15 jours. Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires. La maison est agréable. Le jardin agréable pour s'y reposer et la mer toute proche. Les repas au barbecue à l'ombre de la tonnelle.

Super Propriétaires

Nous apprécions beaucoup la gentillesse de Mme et M Le Leannec. Accueil chaleureux et ponctuel, explication précise et détaillée, surtout 2 fois de déplacements pour nous rendre service. Le logement est très spacieux et confortable de vivre. La cuisine est bien équipée mais certains un peu usés. L'emplacement est facile d'aller à la plage, mais il manque de bon boulanger
