New: ground floor house, quiet location, close to the sea

House ground floor, fully renovated, spacious and bright.
Equipped with every comfort, you will reach it by a small private road.
Small enclosed garden, sheltered to relax, terrace and barbecue to fully enjoy the summer.
The house is located in Riantec, common small sea Gâvres where you can enjoy the pleasures of fishing on foot, ballads and swimming at high tide.
Close to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, bar, pharmacy, doctors) but also a bus stop or you can go directly to Lorient by boat bus. (interceltique festival, Tabarly museum, submarine base)Cleaning is done by you, otherwise we offer a cleaning package for €120.
Ideally located, you can discover nearby: Port Louis and its citadel, its night market and its nautical center, less than 10 minutes the great beaches of Gâvres, but also Carnac and its megaliths, Quiberon and its wild coast, Scorff Bridge ( village artisans and zoo), Vannes and Quimper less than an hour and why not escape a day to the island of Groix or Belle Ile.
The holidays will be too short to see everything!

La propriété n’était pas à la hauteur pour la propreté; il y avait des toiles d’araignées dans presque toutes les pièces. La maison était tellement humide que les matelas étaient inconfortables. Le chauffage a été utilisé pour essayer de diminuer l’humidité, sans succès. Dans l’ensemble, le tout c’est bien passé.Il nous est impossible de changer nos commentaires car ceux-ci sont exacts. Le propriétaire est en déni. Nous lui avions parlé au début de notre séjour que c’était très humide et froid.

La maison est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce. L’emplacement est idéal avec toutes les commodités alentours (boulangerie supermarché pharmacie…) on peut également faire de belles randonnées avec accès au sentier côtier à environ 1,5 km et promenades en forêt autour du château. Maison très agréable et bien équipée. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles

Riantec est superbement situé, non loin de Guidel, Etel et Hennebont. En tres peu de kilometres vous accedez à de magnifiques paysages.A pied vous avez de belles balades à faire et meme de la peche. Le logement quand à lui est tres bien équipé et au calme. Les proprietaires sont tres accessibles. Et cerise sur le gateau, cette maison est proche de toutes les commodites : grande surface, boulanherie, boucherie artisanale....et meme hopital, laboratoire et professionnels de santé !
