Outstanding area

I booked this apartment for my family because of the photos and the 10/10 rating. Well … The area and the view are a 10/10, but the flat is not. Everything is a bit outdated or slightly broken. The upstairs room is hard to navigate for an adult-size person. With four people, there’s hardly any room to maneuver. We kept finding dark animal hair on the floor for a few days after moving in. On the bright side: The owner was very nice, check-in was easy. The location right next to the ocean is amazing. A mini-market and a bakery are in walking distance. The hiking trail and beautiful beaches are right next door.

Merci pour votre retour si éclairé ...étonnant venant de quelqu'un qui a quitté l'appartement dans un état qu'on préférerait oublier : saleté repoussante , poils humains un peu partout et un profond mépris pour le logement et ceux qui y séjournent après vous . Heureusement ,nos efforts de nettoyage ont été à la hauteur .Espérons simplement que nos prochains vacanciers n'auront pas à découvrir les souvenirs que vous avez cru bon laisser . Rassurez - vous ,nous éviterons à l'avenir le désagrément de vous accueillir de nouveau .

Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Absolut beste Lage für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Traumhafter Blick jeden Tag übers Meer und in die Bucht. Alles perfekt, auch mit den Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen in einem kleinen Laden und der Boulangerie. Wir wollen in jedem Fall wiederkommen. Küche hatte eine perfekte Ausstattung!

Appartement pratique avec jolie vue et belle localisation

Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire, belle petite terrasse (pour 2), emplacement idéal pour sortir (le bourg du Pouldu offre de nombreuses possibilités pour sortir boire un verre, manger des crêpes et autres, faire un peu de shopping) et pour se promener sur les chemins du littoral (entre autres destinations). Plusieurs centres d'intérêt proches (Abbaye St-Maurice, Pont-Aven, Lorient, île de Groix....) et possibilités d'activités diverses (voile, vélo, marche, cheval). Un séjour sous le soleil, sans la chaleur et les moustiques du sud. Parfait !

Bretagne typique

Habe diese Ecke der Bretagne erstmals bereist und bin von ihr begeistert. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Le Pouldu ist ein reizender, wenig frequentierter Ort mit vielen, auch fußläufig erreichbaren Zielen und tollen Fotomotiven. Die Wohnung ist für ein Paar sehr gut geeignet und bietet noch ausreichend Platz für 2 Kinder. Einrichtung ist wohnlich, es fehlt an nichts. Man hat sogar einen eigenen Zugang (Treppe) zum Strand. Leider hatten wir fast nur schlechtes Wetter und auf dem Mini-Balkon war es sehr zugig, was bei hohen Temperaturen sicherlich angenehm ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Diese Ferienwohnung ist empfehlenswert !

Direkt am Strand mit Blick auf Küstenlinie

Wir hatten typisch bretonisches Herbstwetter, umso gemütlicher war uns die Unterkunft, die mit alles Annehmlichkeiten auch bei Regen und Sturm einen tollen Ausblick bietet. Bis hin zur Waschmaschine ist alles in der Ausstattung enthalten, was man bei einem Aufenthalt bspw. während einer Rundreise nicht immer, aber doch ab und an gut gebrauchen kann. Herrlich, unter dem Schrägdachfenster zu schlafen, den Ozean rauschen zu hören und (so keine Wolken) die Sterne funkeln zu sehen.

Logement bien équipé , bien situé au pied de la plage!

Très bien accueillis par le propriétaire, nous avons aimé ce logement bien équipé, dont le balcon a vue sur la mer. Un escalier au pied de l'immeuble permet d accéder à la plage. L' immeuble est à 2 pas de la rue commerçante. Ce qui est très pratique. C est certain : nous reviendrons l année prochaine !

L'appartement est très cosy et bien équipé. Surtout pour les visiteurs qui aiment cuisiner eux-mêmes. C'est dans une maison moderne, calme et avec une belle vue. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et pragmatique. Nous avons passé un très bon vacances et reviendrons certainement. (Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Besonders für Besucher, die gerne selbst kochen wollen. Sie ist in einem modernen, ruhigen Haus und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, pragmatisch und unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.)

Séjour au Pouldu pour les fêtes

Un séjour très très agréable dans un appartement splendide, avec une vue magnifique. Rien à redire tout était parfait, le logement très propre, et très bien équipé. La communication et la procédure d'arrivée et de départ avec Mr Le Divechen était parfaite encore merci pour notre chat. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.
