Between land and sea, 300 m from the sea Gâvres famous for shore fishing and kite surfing spot, the villa is well placed for walks, near the large dune site Gâvres-Quiberon.
Located in a small hamlet and recently renovated, the villa is very bright. It consists of 4 bedrooms: 2 with double bed, 2 with 2 single beds, a kitchen, living room, a bathroom, a shower, a return of beach shower, 2 WC.
Near the sea and sandy beaches, this villa will seduce you with its warm and friendly interior, it also has an outdoor terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, all on 900 m2 of land.
The villa is located in a dead little frequented by vehicles. You will regularly come across horse trekking. You can also watch the garden grow the kite surfing on the sea of Gâvres.
Additional advantage: the beds are made when you arrive. You enjoy your holiday!
