Between land and sea, 300 m from the sea Gâvres famous for shore fishing and kite surfing spot, the villa is well placed for walks, near the large dune site Gâvres-Quiberon.

Located in a small hamlet and recently renovated, the villa is very bright. It consists of 4 bedrooms: 2 with double bed, 2 with 2 single beds, a kitchen, living room, a bathroom, a shower, a return of beach shower, 2 WC.

Near the sea and sandy beaches, this villa will seduce you with its warm and friendly interior, it also has an outdoor terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, all on 900 m2 of land.

The villa is located in a dead little frequented by vehicles. You will regularly come across horse trekking. You can also watch the garden grow the kite surfing on the sea of ​​Gâvres.

Beautiful place to stay , the host Marie made us welcome . It’s a wonderful home, plenty of space for my family of 6 . We were fortunate to enjoy good weather all week , blue skies everyday. Lovely beach nearby We recommend this place very much and will plan to visit again in the future

The house was clean, tidy and everything that we needed. Marie was extremely helpful and is a lovely person. She gave us loads of information with regards to the area and was always on hand. The location of the house allowed for easy access to the beach and the local village. Shopping and restaurants were only a few minutes away by car. Catching the boat from Garves to Port Louis and then onto Lorient was a great experience. We had a great holiday and shall be back! Definitely recommend. Nikki and Kevin

Très bon séjour pour 3 ados et 5 adultes dont 1 PMR. La Wifi n'était pas toujours à très haut débit, mais fonctionnait bien quand même. Très bonnes indications de Marie, Merci encore. Des moustiques le soir donc il vaut mieux fermer les fenêtres assez tot. Tout fonctionnait bien, seuls 2 des lits d'1 personne à l'étage étaient très moux et faisaient du bruit. Sinon rien a redire pour la literie des autres chambres. Les chaises étaient comfortables mais en plastique dur, donc potentiellement un peu fragile pour des personnes de plus de 100 kg. Pas de problème particulier pour les PMR, à part les 2 marches à l'entrée (indiquée tout de suite par Marie) et la cour en gravier (donc pas de chaise roulante à petites roues entre le portail et la porte d'entrée). Des poignées dans la salle de bain et les toilettes au rez de chausée auraient été pratiques, mais c'était seulement un détail.Environ 1,5 km du centre ville avec tous les commerces et aussi très proche de la mer. Endroit très calme avec des voisins très chaleureux et des chevaux superbes.Je recommande chaudement.

Tout ce qu'on cherche pour passer un excellent séjour en famille dans un environnement calme, accueillant et très adapté !Maison spacieuse avec des espaces bien définis où chacun trouve facilement sa place. Cuisine très bien équipée, vaisselle à profusion, terrasse et jardin très agréables. Tout est pensé pour tous les âges (jeux, bibliothèque etc..)L'emplacement est excellent et la propriétaire aux petits soins pour que tout se passe au mieux. Bref on se sent comme chez soi et c'est rare et précieux.

Das Haus ist sauber und schön eingerichtet, der Garten ist gepflegt. Es liegt in ländlicher, landschaftlich schöner Gegend. Wenn das nahgelegene Militärgebiet Ruhepause hat (ab Juli und nachts) sind die Stille und die Geräusche der Natur sehr entspannend und angenehm. Die freundliche Begrüßung und Betreuung durch die Besitzerin gaben uns das Gefühl, trotz fehlender Sprachkenntnisse (Französisch) gut aufgehoben zu sein. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden ggf. auch mal wieder kommen.

Super Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Prima Feriendomizil für die südöstliche Bretagne; ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse des kleinen Weilers.Haus sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet, sauber, es ist für alles gesorgt. Viel Komfort mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, grossem Kühlschrank und Raum neben Küche. Heizung und Warmwasser perfekt, die Badewanne ein weiteres Plus, ferner die Terrasse und der eigene schöne Garten.Madame Chavane ist sehr zuvorkommend, jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar und äusserst diskret.Gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Osten (Morbihan, Vannes, Quiberon, Carnac u.a.) als auch nach Westen Richtung Quimper. In der Nähe Port Louis mit tollen Museen, die Skyline von Lorient, die Barre d'Étel und tolle Strände. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Märkte, gutes Fisch- und Meeresfrüchteangebot.Ideal für Ornithologen mit dem kleinen Meer von Gavres vor der Haustüre, Pen Mané, den Marais von Séné etc. Pflanzenliebhaber können in den Dünen von Gavres bis Quiberon viel entdecken.Madame Chavane gab uns viele Tips, und die Wohnung ist mit Info-Material gut bestückt.Verbesserungsvorschläge: Ende März war das Haus von der kalten Jahreszeit etwas muffig; viel Lüften schuf Abhilfe. Evtl. könnte man die Wandschränke umbauen für mehr Luftzirkulation.Die Einrichtung könnte hier und da eine Modernisierung vertragen (z.B. Beleuchtung, Geschirr).Ansonsten: prima!Wir haben unseren 4wöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

La Bretagne toujours aussi magnifique. Le soleil, la mer, la nature et des gens très accueillants. A Port Louis où l'arrêt est obligatoire, tant le port et la Citadelle mérite le détour. Aussi, un moment merveilleux au Restaurant et Bistrot glacier, " Le Tan' pouce, au bord du port de plaisance. Qualité des menus proposés et des rires à vous rassasier pour la semaine. Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Plouhinec, la maison est propre et dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour, mention spéciale à toute la vaisselle disponible et rangée dans une grande et belle armoire ancienne. Les salles de bain aussi, très bien, eau bien chaude, rien à dire ! Marie est très disponible et nous a bien conseillés et orientés, notamment suite à une panne de voiture... Merci !!

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben zwei sehr entspannte Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Äußerlich ist es bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, innen aber wie auf den Bildern. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Der separate Vorratsraum ist super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Garten kann man auf den bequemen Liegen ein paar schöne Stunden verbringen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnt im Nachbarhaus und ist bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Zum Ortskern (Bäcker) sind es ca. 2,5 km, ca. 30 Minuten Laufzeit. Im Ort selbst ist auch ein Intermarche, in dem man alles bekommt. Der Strand Plage de Lignes wäre auch in 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, eine Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist aber empfehlenswert. (Die Militäranlage ist im Juli und August übrigens geschlossen, also keine Beeinträchtigung durch Lärm o.ä.). Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.
