Immaculate, super clean & cozy 4 bedroom home centered in the heart Cache Valley! It has Smart TVs & a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful shady & fenced backyard. Walking distance to trails, River Hollow Park , famous
Herm’s Inn (dining), USU & First Dam recreation area.

5-to-10 ten minute drive to Logan Temple, Historic Downtown Logan, Logan Canyon, shopping, restaurants, theaters and to USU’s Campus, Football Stadium, Basketball Spectrum, Aggie Ice Cream Shop and all that USU offers.
Enjoy a scenic drive through beautiful Logan Canyon to hiking trails, Stokes Nature Center, Wind Caves, Beaver Mountain Ski Area, Tony Grove and Bear Lake.

THE SPACE

This home has so much charm. Original hardwood floors, decor keeping with the style and age of the home, newly finished bathrooms are only a few of the things that make this home so desirable. Four bedrooms with a bonus room that can serve as a children’s playroom (toys included) office or sleeping area and lots of reading books. Cot and air mattresses are available. On top of that, this home has an extra large garage for parking and for items such as bikes, ski equipment, etc. It also has a fantastic backyard!

Stayed with old college friends for a reunion on the USU campus. The house and neighborhood were quiet and lovely. Plenty of space for everyone. House was immaculate, and there was plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, etc. It was nice because it didn’t matter if we forgot something; it was provided in the house! Will definitely look for this house again in the future.

Ideal Logan home

This home worked out just great for us. It was very clean and comfortable with everything we could possibly need. The location was convenient, the neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. And there is a nice backyard too! I heartily recommend it and I hope to stay there again someday.

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to this sweet older home. It was very lovingly restored with all the comforts we needed and wanted. Very clean, cozy home. Four bedrooms were great. We were in town to ski and visit family and the home worked perfectly. Thanks for the cookies, candies and several helpful notes. Very positive feeling home and recommend it to anyone.
