About this property

You're invited to stay in a beautiful 2 BR + den home in the heart of the north shore. Enjoy a modern condo with upgraded amenities. Walk to Queen's Bath, gorgeous ocean views, and nearby local beaches.

You’ll find an onsite pool and hot tub steps outside your door. Downstairs there's an open living room that can be used as an office or third bedroom.

Inside, enjoy an open, relaxing atmosphere that's peaceful. Amenities are upgraded including a fully stocked kitchen, appliances, & beautiful flooring. There are ceiling fans throughout as well as central A/C and a full W/D.

There are two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, each on their own level, so there is plenty of space and privacy.

The upstairs master has large windows with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. It includes a large walk-in closet and a soaking tub in the master bath.

Downstairs, you have a private second bedroom that includes a queen-size bed as well as its own living/den area with a queen sofa bed and flat-screen TV. This floor includes a full private bathroom.

Enjoy the tradewinds and calming atmosphere at this beautiful resort where you can walk to the beach and take a cool dip in the pool!

Outside your door, you can enjoy beautiful Hawaiian landscapes. This particular unit has the most privacy and green garden space to enjoy in the backyard. You can access all parts of the home including an attached 2-car garage to park your vehicle. You'll have pool access just a few minutes walking distance away that includes hot tub, outdoor grill & bbq. We also have beach gear you can use!

Sister’s Getaway!

My sister and I visited Kauai for our first time last week. We chose this property in Princeville and it was perfect for our trip. Sura is amazing to work with, the property is wonderful and the amenities are exquisite. The pool is an oasis in itself. I’m already planning my trip back for my 60th birthday next year! I am beyond pleased with our choice to book this location and stay on the north-side of the island! Aloha 🌺🌴
