A mile stroll to a secluded lush and green year round trail to capture the breathtaking views of Bali Hai. 5 minutes short drive to the town of Hanalei for surfing, SUP, kayaking, snorkeling, hiking, sun bathing, fishing, and many delicious restaurants from which to choose. Just around the corner from fine dining, golfing, biking, and walking to enjoy the beautifully tropical landscape of Princeville neighborhoods. A very quiet neighborhood with an amazing view of Hanalei mountains. Free assigned parking.
Kauai shuttle bus that takes you to all parts of the island is within walking distance.

Take garbage out more often to reduce fruit flies. Turn off all fans and lights before leaving condo everyday.
Please do not feed the wild chickens and feral cats. There is a $150 fine for this violation per HOA rules.
