Located in Princeville on Kauai's North Shore, close to beaches, shopping and everything our beautiful island has to offer. Open and inviting floor plan, large kitchen with granite slab counter tops perfect for creating an evening meal full of amazing memories. Hardwood coconut flooring throughout first floor, brings a taste of the islands. Sleeps up to 8 people with two king beds, two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the den. We found the property exactly as advertised and perfect for our family of 8. Kitchen was well stocked as well as the garage area with boogie boards, snorkel equipment and toys.

House 3A is definitely a favorite place and space now, and we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful week together.

Great stay

Really enjoyed our time in this unit. The beach was minutes away and pool area great for winding down. The house was roomy and had everything we needed. The host answered a couple of questions immediately.

Great location and value

Clean, close to all roads leading to beaches, short 3 minute walk to the pool to play and grill. Safe neighborhood and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations.

Perfect location

Overall the property was perfect for our needs. Very well appointed and the beach accessories were a great plus. Location is quiet and close to all things North Shore. Would definitely repeat.

Great get away place

The condo was very comfortable for our group of 5 adults. The area was quiet and very well maintained. It was nice to have eating and shopping areas within a short driving distance. Would definitely recommend the property and area to others.

Great place to stay

We loved our stay here. We did have an issue with the pool key missing and the Wi-Fi not working but they were quick to respond and tried to help find a solution. The whole complex is great, we would definitely stay again.

Family Wedding

We stayed here with our family while my son was getting married. The house was gorgeous, spacious and suited our needs perfectly. We had one issue with the A/C not keeping up but the property managers helped us to resolve it. I love that there were beach items in the garage we were allowed to borrow and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. I can't wait to come back!

Nice property in great location

Location was great, property was clean and home was well stocked. No issue parking our two compact cars in garage. Some items we managed through but could use some updates are: 1) instructions on fridge not 100% clear 2) washer was noisy and could only accommodate small loads 3) shared washroom locks did not work Overall happy with our stay and would return. Great size home for our two families.

Great Condo

The stay was great. We feel the condo needs some upgrading with the kitchen stock, sofa bed mattress and living room furniture(a few tables & lights that work) and a decent iron (someone has dropped it and the tip is gone causing it to snag clothing). All in all it was great. It just needs a little bit of attention to the fact that it hosts 8 people.

The place was really nice! If there was one thing I'd fix, it would be the beds

The house was great other than sleeping! Clean, spacious, well accommodated. I just had a huge problem with how hard the beds were. Almost zero cushion. They need new mattresses, or some toppers. All the adults in the house were complaining.

We waivered at sharing our review because then the secret will be out. What a great location! As a family we decided to visit Kauai. We found the rental on line and booked right away because of the great price and close location to golfing, a market, coffee shop, restaurants and a park. If you are looking for a bit of serenity and a small town feel this is the location. The condo was well appointed with everything you could need or want. The garage is full of beach chairs, beach mats and kids toys which were used daily. It felt like a home away home. The reviews regarding the couch needing replaced are valid as it is quite uncomfortable. The dining table also looks well used but we were okay with that having 2 grandkids along with us. The condo has been "lived in" which gives it the homey feel. We loved it! So much so we tried to book for 2018 but it wasn't available for all of our dates. Any questions or issues we had during our stay were promptly replied to. It was the best customer service that we have had in the 20 years we have been travelling. Mahalo!

Trouble getting & property dirty

We enjoyed our vacation but disappointed with how condo was upon arrival. First, door code was not correct per email, slider door was open (how we got in), garage code does not work, wood floors all sticky and filthy, kitchen counters has food and sticky stuff all over them, one bedroom sheets were dirty with hair, etc on them, laundry room was filthy with garbage and housekeeping door was unlocked which helped us because not all rooms had towels in them. Master bed did not feel safe as footboard is pulled away from frame and rocks back & forth. Patio furniture backs are all broken out. We had to clean ourselves before we could settle in and enjoy our time. I sent complaint to mgmt company with pictures and never heard back from them.

The home was generally clean which is very important for us traveling with a baby and toddler. There were noticeable areas of the home such as the guest bathroom window, downstairs screen door, and missing fire alarms that require replacement due to wear and tear I presume and safety concerns with the missing fire alarms. The home's central air condition was not working during our stay; however, the management team included window units that kept certain areas of the home cool but unfortunately the units were very loud. The home was stocked with all the amenities for our family to enjoy our time at the beach which was nice. It did rain the first day we arrived so having access to a garage to park in was great to unload our groceries and luggage into the home, we rarely used the front door access. Overall, our stay was okay but we would reconsider booking again due to the central air condition not working.

Beautiful home

We were disappointed the AC wasn't working, but know they did their best to help with window units. The garage parking was tight for 2 vehicles and we hoped for a guest parking pass but we weren't given one. It all worked out though. The home was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, would absolutely stay here again.
