What a wonderful and spacious condo. Our family of four (mom, dad, and two boys ages 7 and 9) had more than enough room. The beds were super comfortable (maybe the best of any VRBO I've stayed in) and the place was fully stocked with everything that you'd need to make meals at home. Great location, close to Princeville Center and 10 minutes from Hanalei. We had a small issue that was promptly dealt with by the management. All in all, a great stay.

Better than photos

Typically I find accommodations to be slightly underwhelming compared to the listing, but this place exceeded all my expectations. So spacious and clean, with high quality furnishings. We did not want to leave! The best vacation rental we have stayed in, by far. Hope we get to return some day soon.

Excellent condo for space and comfort

Nihilani Family Condo 24C is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The condo was clean and spacious and so comfortable for our family of four. The location was very quiet and the few neighbors we came across were very friendly. We also stayed on the South Shore in another rental that was more expensive and we wanted to return to Nihilani because we liked it so much better. Highly recommend you choose this condo for your stay in Princeville

Great location and layout

We enjoyed our stay here. Great proximity to Foodland and Hanalei Bay. The layout of the condo was also great for 2 families.

Gorgeous and comfortable Condo

Really enjoyed the condo and facilities. We went during the rainy season, so it was a little far from the sunny South shore, but we absolutely adored the condo, the decor, and the beach stuff provided. An amazing stay in the North shore

Fantastic property for the price and location

Our family was thrilled by the size, décor and condition of this property. All the needed amenities and more were provided for a wonderful experience. The property was located in a lovely resort area that was quiet, near stores, restaurants and outdoor activities as well as a public library situated nearby. The on site manager and associates were prompt to respond, communicated well and fixed a problem with a kitchen appliance in a timely manner. Our family would definitely stay here again. Mahalo !

Princeville peaceful stay

The condo was wonderful clean, comfortable and peaceful. We pretty much had the whole place to ourselves since there were no other people studying in the other condos. The pool is good but the pictures in the listing definitely give it more glam than it really is but the kids enjoyed it. The location was great for our disk golf adventure and quick beach access. I love the fact that Kauai beach access free to park at. Because a lot of the beaches on the other islands aren’t. The old town Hanalei is great for eating and shopping. Over all we will rent the condo again in the future.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo, we were a family of 3 adults and 2 children and everyone enjoyed the spacious accommodations with very nicely furnished accommodations. The nightly rate was very reasonable and the television and Internet was excellent, the condo was spotless on arrival and had everything you needed. We also loved having a garage, it made dealing with beach gear so much easier, and the kids loved the pool and spa area where we met many nice fellow travelers The actual location within Princeville was great, 5-7 minutes from Hanalei Bay (which is absolutely gorgous), supermarket just up the road is very convenient, make sure you go to the St Regis Resort l with their breathtaking views and watch the sunset. Aloha condos has a great web site and booking could not have been any easier, I will definitely choose to stay at this property again, we had a wonderful stay here.

Wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

We stayed at this beautiful property for 10 days while visiting Kauai. The property is in a wonderful location close to the beautiful Hanalei Bay which was our kids favorite beach and the stunning NaPali Coast. Our kids used the pool (which is every bit as beautiful as it appears) often while we were cooking dinner in the well stocked kitchen. The beds were all lovely and a comfortable place to land at the end of a busy day! The garage was well stocked with beach and pool supplies which was a very nice touch and saved us time and money in finding beach supply rentals. Also, pool towels were provided which saves tons of packing space! They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable! We have such fond memories of our stay, we hope to be back soon! Kauai is beautiful!

Nihilani Condo 24C disaster zone

The amenities of swimming pool, jucuzzi and barbecues were beautiful and well maintained as was the entire Nihilani community with the exception of Condo 24C were 3 generational family of seven spent a 10 day vacation. The inside of the condo was very dirty and lacked basic maintenance. For example, the deck slider would barely "slide" and the screen slider was badly torn. Potted plants on the deck were dying due to lack of water and care. The kitchen/bathroom cabinet doors fell off. Bathroom floors had dried urine and sand/pebbles strewn about. Several window shades were broken. Bedding appeared "slept in" . Carpeting and walls were dirty. Master bath shower leaked water on the floor when used since the rubber edging was torn and the soaking tub had no stopper. All counter surfaces were dirty. I spent two hours cleaning upon our arrival before we could unpack our personal clothing and items. I requested a return of the cleaning fee since the unit hadn't been cleaned upon our arrival. The property manager was uncooperative and said I should have given them a chance to correct the problems. I did contact! My family would have needed to vacate the property for them to repair the neglected maintenance and deep clean the unit. There is also a 2-car garage available for use with cigarette butts strewn about. Overall, an uncomfortable condo. However, the condo itself is beautiful and well appointed just severely neglected in terms of cleaning and maintenance repair.

Princeville family bacation

We have enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The condo has met our needs and was comfortable. Plenty of space for our group. It was nice to have a garage. The property surroundings were quiet. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed. Beach chairs were nice to have. The kitchen could use a few more items. It would be nice to have casserole dishes and a large pot. Neither were in the kitchen. It would also be nice to provide a few more kitchen towels and to provide kitchen rags.
