Two levels for privacy. Enter on the 2nd level. Full remodeled kitchen with ocean views, lanai for whale watching, living and dining room. 2 bathrooms on the upper level; one ensuite. Remodeled walk-in shower in Master bath. Queen size bedroom/ bathroom ensuite and separate lanai with full kitchen on lower level with separate entrance. Lower-level boasts ocean front master king suite with private access both inside and out. Third bedroom is also ocean front with 2 twin beds. Full bathroom is shared in hall. Walk in shower and full bath ensuite. Each bedroom has televisions and access to Netflix, etc. Ocean Bluff location for the beauty and sound of the water. Ocean views. Full size laundry appliances.

Beautiful Kauai

5 friends, all ladies, loved the location overlooking the beach and ocean. Whale watched each morning from the cliffs. Plenty of room, nicely furnished.

From the moment we walked in we knew we found the perfect place! The unit was clean & super comfortable! Whale watching from the patio was cool. It was exactly what the description says. Tamara was very helpful prior to our stay. We will definitely recommend staying here!

Great view

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The views were amazing! The property was nicely landscaped and clean. For a good sized complex it was very quiet during the day and evening. There were seven of us staying there and we had plenty of room.

Fantastic location

This condo was a fabulous location to stay on the island. The ocean views out the back decks were amazing. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The only thing is the mattresses in both king bedrooms are very hard, so if you prefer a softer mattress, this place may not be for you. Overall a great place to stay.

The location of this property can't be beat! The trade winds blew right through the condo making it very comfortable. It offered a room for all three of my adult children. We had a fantastic time.

Best view ever

This property is amazing and exactly as listed. It is very well equip with chairs, boogie boards, coolers and snorkel gear. There were six adults and we had lots of room. Spent most of our time on the deck watching the whales and dolphins. The view is amazing. The property manager Tamara is so responsive and helpful. We loved it here and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

A wonderful experience

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo accommodations pleasantly met all our needs, from beach chairs, cooler for picnicking, and much more. The view overlooking the cliffs provided much entertainment for whale and albatross watching. While the weather wasn't the best, we had "perfect windows" of sunshine throughout the 10 days for 2 hiking days on the Napali coast, and trying various beaches along the northern and eastern shoreline. Thank you for letting us use your wonderful home.

Perfect!

This rental in Princeville was amazing! I was there for my 50th birthday with two friends and two cousins. There was more than enough room for five ladies to be extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well provisioned as was the whole home. There are so many items in the gear closet that you could not ask for more. Additionally, the view was amazing. I hope to stay at this rental again on my next visit to Kauai. Lastly, communication with the host was excellent!

Great Condo Location

This was the perfect condo for our sibling trip. Great location with unobstructed views of the ocean, bathrooms for everyone, and plenty of amenities. Only issue we had was that the condo was definitely not cleaned properly. All four of us found quite a bit of dirt and objects left behind from previous guests (Childs stickers/toys, bandaid, nut shells etc). We expected it to be spotless for the hefty cleaning fee, but otherwise the condo definitely served our needs.

We absolutely loved everything on our vacation and the condo was perfect.

The condo was great. The view was amazing. We loved the pool, hot tub and the tennis courts. The outdoor bbq grills were awesome. We used them several times The kids loved all of the birds that would hang around the lanai and the geese that were all over the place. We got to see whales on our last morning there so that was the icing on the cake for our trip. It was a little rainy the first two days we were there but after that the weather could not have been any more perfect. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. We can not wait until our next visit to Kauai. Mahalo!!

Beautiful condo with a fabulous view

We were 3 couples staying in the condo and had all the amenities needed. It was spacious and had lots of beach gear for all of us which was great! We saw whales from the balcony, amazing! We were able to use the bikes from the resort, use of the pool and BBQ’s were great! The only disappointment was that we paid for a 4bdrm 4bath condo and we’re asked by the owner if we only needed 3 bedrooms and we did but one bedroom had 2 twin beds so we thought the 3 beds we’d get were the 2 queen beds and the Murphy bed. But the area with the Murphy bed was rented to strangers so one couple had to stay in the twin bed room. But the 2 main floor rooms had views of the ocean and a patio which was nice. We would recommend this condo.

Great Views, Great fun, Great comfortable condo!

We stayed for 8 nights in mid February 2019 with 5 of us (my hubby, me, my cousin, her hubby, and their daughter). Condo was perfect for us since we had 2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 bedroom upstairs which provided privacy. Condo was very clean. Kitchen was very well equipped and we cooked just about every night saving lots of money! It was a tight space in kitchen so hard to have more than one person cooking/cleaning but it was workable. Grills on site were helpful too! View was incredible. We saw whales from a far which was spectacular. We enjoyed the pool and the free wine and beer tasting night. Tamara (owner) was great to work with and took care of anything we needed. This was our first time staying in Princeville and enjoyed it very much. That being said, if you plan to go to beaches and see sights everyday, plan to be in car for at least an hour each way . Foodland grocery is a 5 min drive as well as some cool restaurants & shops. Safeway, Walmart, Costco , ABC stores, and other shopping is about an hour away. Thank you Tamara for a great vacation!

Not going back

Either the owner is dishonest or the cleaning service. Two things bothered us...when we got home, we received a call from our travel insurance that we had broken the $450 vacuum cleaner at the condo. I assured them that no one in our group ever used the vacuum and it was a fraudulent claim. Who vacuums on vacation? We also left behind two items-an electric razor and a silver necklace. When we called the next day to ask if we could pay to have them shipped to us, we were told that both were gone. There is no air conditioning which we didn't think would be a problem but what we didn't know is that both master bedrooms face the parking lot, so you can't leave the windows or curtains open due to car traffic and pedestrian traffic. It was quite warm! Kitchen cabinets and counters were overcrowded with clutter so there is no room for non refrigerated food items.

Great Location

The location is great and the view from this condo is amazing! The owner was very responsive and the rental process was a breeze. However, the condo is dated, especially the bathrooms. It does look like some updates have been done, but they lack some cohesiveness and a complete paint job, i.e. the ceiling and walls in the bath off the living room. The unit could have been cleaner, especially the master where we noticed a lot of dust on the walls behind the bedside lamps and on the popcorn ceiling. The kitchen was small, but functional. The rusted refrigerator is a bit of an eyesore given the other new appliances. A counter depth fridge would help open up the kitchen a bit. The balcony was very nice and the furniture was comfortable. We did have trouble with the door lock, an upgrade to a Kaba lock or similar lock would be an improvement. It seems as though the code is the same for all renters based on how worn out those numbers are on the keypad, but that is just an assumption we are making. As someone who owns a vacation rental property, we feel it is important to be honest with our review, which can help guide the owner on future upgrades to the unit. All in all we had a great time and the unit was adequate but with an amazing view.

We love sitting on the lanai and watching the whales jump and the beautiful sunsets. Our condo is a premium location which is in building 9 which is ocean bluff frontagae. This allows you privacy and a continuous ocean view.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the simplicity and beauty of the island. The Cliffs is the only resort with the most acreage per unit which means you aren't squished in an apartment like building while on a beautiful island. Our unit is located in an amazing setting, with nothing between you and the ocean except a well manicured lawn. We love watching the whales from the lanai. Our favorite trips are bicycling around the neighborhoods to spot the Albatross having their babies, and of course going to the ocean for paddle boarding and swimming. The Cliffs have first class remodeled pools and spas and offer the luxury of doing everything or very little. Tennis, bicycling, Monday night free Mai Tais, Tuesday is the Taco Truck night, Wednesday offers local island grinds, Thursday is wine and beer with Hawaiian entertainment.

What makes this property unique

All the beaches are open to the public and the restaurants are amazing. One of our favorite restaurants is the Hanalei Gourmet which is 10 minutes down the road in Hanalei. We love to go to the farmers market to buy fresh vegetables and then to the fish market at the Dolphin Restaurant.
