Your own private tropical pool and jacuzzi! Hale Ohana is open concept home with an expansive living room, dining room, and kitchen with breakfast bar that are to be enjoyed. Ceiling fans and Hawaiian louvered windows in every room allow you to enjoy the cool trade winds. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances welcome you. The kitchen has everything you need including a Keurig coffee maker and conventional coffee maker, so you can enjoy local Hawaiian coffee. Hale Ohana is gorgeous. It is a 4 bed/4 bath with 3 bedrooms having en suite bathrooms offering you plenty of privacy when traveling with family and friends. 2 bedrooms are masters with walk in closets. There is a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub in the main master bath located upstairs. All the showers are made of gorgeous natural rock. Our home is child friendly.
After all the time you have spent planing your vacation, you want a house that lives up to its expectations. Well this is it. When we chose to make our Hawaiian home a vacation rental, we made customer satisfaction our highest priority and our reviews reflect that. There is a lot of attention to detail, so you can relax and enjoy the island lifestyle. Our home has a tropical pool with a large lanai offering stamped concrete, carved wood posts, stainless steel BBQ and ceiling fans with great sitting area for entertaining and barbecuing. The bamboo outdoor shower is very private if you prefer taking a shower outdoors or just rinsing off after a day at the beach.
We have plenty of gear for the beach. It is a short walk to Anini beach and 5 minutes to restaurants, bars, and shopping. There is a North Shore shuttle bus that will take you to Hanalei and all the north shore beaches. Of course you can drive 5 minutes to famous Hanalei Bay beach where you can back your car right onto the sand; having your cooler and chairs ready to go! We are next to two amazing golf courses. The renowned Makai Golf course is placed in the top 100 in the nation. The Prince course is rated #1 by Golf magazine 2012 and #22 of the greatest courses in the nation. If you have little ones (as we do) Prince Albert park is a short walk. It offers a great play area for all ages. You can play ping pong, foosball, and darts at the house. I f you are looking for less than 4 nights feel free to email me, and I may be able to make an exception. Note that the outdoor pool and driveway have security cameras for property protection.

We had a wonderful stay in this house, everything was just as described. The house was clean and well stocked. The backyard had a lovely sitting area and the pool and Jacuzzi were incredible. Great location close to grocery store, walking trails and the beach.

Christmas in Kauai

Great place to stay for family of 7. Great location for exploring the north side of the island. Restaurants and grocery store nearby. House is accurately described and has everything you need. Would highly recommend.Stayed over Christmas with family and grandparents and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Best location in Princeville!

Well cared for property with excellent layout and fabulous pool! Close to shopping, hiking and great swimming, boogie boarding and snorkeling beaches. We will definitely rent this property again.

Kauai getaway

Property was just fantastic and in such a quiet and nice neighborhood. Property was well maintained, clean and neat, kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and utensils you could need. Beach gear was available as well which was so convenient. Best of all the communication with our host was top notch. As a family/extended family on the island for a wedding, we really couldn't ask for a better location and property to relax at when the daily events and tours we done. 5 stars for sure!

Perfect Kauai Base Camp

This home has it all and was the best spot for sightseeing and adventuring on Kauai! Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allowed our group some privacy in addition to welcoming areas to gather. We cooked almost every meal during our 10-day stay and found the kitchen spacious enough for multiple cooks plus well-stocked with cooking essentials! Outdoor eating in the gorgeous backyard was preferred but we enjoyed a few meals inside as well. The absolute favorite area for happy hours and relaxing was by the pool/hot tub and stunning waterfall...also loved the water feature lights at night and early morning! We would highly recommend this quiet neighborhood rental to families, friends or couples!

this placed is amazing.!! very spacious, open with lots of natural light. it felt so comfortable like coming home. we had our adult children and their spouses , we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy. great location to the north shore activities, hiking along the NaPali coastline as well as a little beginner surfing and boogie boarding. Brandi is a terrific host and was so quick to respond to all our questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this home !!

Wedding Celebration Week

We had an awesome time here! Accommodations were excellent! Lots of things available for our 2 month old grandson. Love walking to the shops. Kitchen well supplied! 2 crockpots! Great private backyard. Plenty of fans for cool nights! Great layout for our family. Made good use of washer and dryer! Mahalo!

The Perfect House for a Kauai Staycay

We had two family's stay at this house, and we all loved it. The 10 of us, were pleased. 4 rooms that we were all able to stay in. We didn't even use the sofa bed downstairs. Spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. Inside and out! Loved the play room in the garage too! Definitely would recommend this house for a large family's visit. Brandy (owner) was always available if i had any questions.

Great Family Vacation

Our family of nine (Stan Fam 9), had so much fun during our stay at this beautiful property. The house is laid out very well and has everything a vacationer could possibly want and/or need during a trip. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and with lush flowering trees and beautiful mountains in the background. During our stay, we snorkeled at many different beaches (Tunnels was a favorite), drove through Waimea Canyon State Park, spent a day deep sea fishing and enjoyed great food at many different restaurants. On of our favorite evenings was when we went to the Kalamaku Luau show. It was such a great show with great food, and we really enjoyed the local craft booths before the show. Back to your house though. Simply put, your house is beautiful and located close to many desirable restaurants, shopping places to visit. We really loved the hot tub and pool after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. We can't wait to come back and stay at your property!

This was the perfect place for our family of 3 couples and 2 babies. Everyone had their own space with their own bathroom as well as a large living/dining/kitchen where we could all gather for meals and conversation. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. Bbq on the patio was enjoyed only once but worked great. Had plenty of towels for the bathrooms as well as beach towels to take on our daily trips to the local beaches with the beach chairs from the garage and the sand toys for the babies. Washer and dryer were greatly appreciated. The weather wasn’t the greatest for sunshine so we might have to come back and give it another chance! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home! Love Kauai!!

My family really loved our time in Kauai. The house checked many boxes for us. Highlights: - The playroom was definitely a fan favorite with us and our kids. Such a great environment for family time. - Outdoor shower was great for removing sand when coming back from the beach - GREAT assortment of beach chairs, toys, etc. Super helpful. - Brandy was super responsive to questions. Couple things that would put the place over the top: 1 - Cast iron skillet. Seriously. LOVE getting fresh fish from the Dolphin fish market in Hanalei. Cast iron is the best way to sear or prepare fish. 2 - Make note that no soap, detergent or shampoo are provided so folks can put that on the list to get at Safeway as they come from the airport. 3 - Would be the bomb if the owners had a small indoor/outdoor vacuum and extension cord available to get sand out of rental cars to eliminate extra charges. We loved it and would recommend the house to others. Thanks so much for having us. - Steve from California

Fantastic Princeville Stay

Our family loved our stay here. The house was clean, well-stocked, and allowed us enough space to spread out and relax. We came from a resort in Oahu, and the kids loved playing in the pool. There were plenty of fans to keep the house cool and comfortable. Check-in instructions were easy, and response times were speedy. I highly recommend!

Piece of Paradise in Princeville

The home comfortably fit my three teenage boys, husband and two grandparents. It was in a great location with easy access to the esentials, beaches and hiking. The kitchen had the equipment we needed so we could male great meals at home. My boys loved the pool, ping pong, the bikes and all the extra beach supplies. The communication from the host was perfect as well. We loved our stay!

Perfect place to gather our family & reconnect

We are a family of 7 (2 older parents in their 60's and 5 "kids & spounses" in their 30's) who LOVED our VRBO. Can't say enough about the place! The spacious was open and inviting - AWESOME - pool/hottub was used daily for early morning dips, post-hike relaxing, rainy day fun & evening cool-offs. We ate outside every day on the lovely covered patio. Loved being able to walk to the disc-golf course (almost daily) and the grocery store. We have a lot of runners in the group who loved the daily runs on the nearby multi-use trail. We used the bikes, the surfboards, the boogie boards, beach chairs & cooler - the ownders of this place thought of everything & we took advantage of it! The upstairs gets warm & uncomfortable in the evenings - but we discovered the "2nd floor fan system" which worked GREAT to cool off the upstairs quickly before bed. Beautiful place - excellent location. Owner was quick to respond to questions. The week went WAY too quickly.

My husband and I purchased this property in 2013. We have 3 young boys and love adventure. Wayne is an avid surfer and loves the beautiful beaches and great surf! Our goal is to enjoy this home with friends and family and to share the beautiful island of Kauai with them.

Why they chose this property

This tropical paradise offers so much for friends and family. We love to enjoy the many beaches including Hanalei Bay and Anini beach. Our family is active and loves to surf and hike as well as relax on the beach and play in the sand.

What makes this property unique

Enjoy your own private pool and jacuzzi. The pool and lanai have such a tropical feel, you can't help but relax. The rooms are large, tranquil, and inviting. You are able to walk to the golf course, beach, shopping and restaurants.
