This house was amazing, our favorite spot was the lanai (coffee in the morning and cocktails at sunset). It is well stocked, hot tub was super clean, beds very comfortable. We loved the tennis/pickleball courts and the pool. Air conditioners worked awesome, communication was excellent and we can't wait to return.

Thanks, Craig and Tracey for a great stay in your home! The house was incredible, and we had a great experience. Owners were very attentive and responsive to guest needs. House was fully stocked with everything, very clean and well maintained. Awesome location and beautiful view of the Hanalei mountains. Highly recommend the rental, and we cannot wait to come back to Kauai!

This house was breathtaking! Every room has air-conditioning, it was so clean, the hosts were so responsive. They provided beach towels and all the beach gear, accessories. The views were spectacular! I would book this again and again for the seven of us, what a magical experience! Thank you so much!

This house was amazing!!!! Everything we needed was there. Tracey and Craig were fantastic hosts and answered our questions right away. The grounds are gorgeous and it was so nice to be near the pool for our grandkids. Everything we needed was supplied. Our favorite hangout was the lanai - we lived out there when we were home. I hope to rent the house again next year. Thank you Craig and Tracey for being excellent hosts and helping us with any questions we had.

We just returned from our bi-annual week stay at our Mokihana House Kauai. The house does not need TLC as we renovated it top to bottom in December 2023 replacing 4 bathrooms, new floors, lighting, fans, ACs, window coverings and almost all new furnishings. We maintain our home with power washing, window washing, regular cleanings and bi-annual deep cleaning. We also have gardeners who maintain all the landscaping. The only item that requires repair is one window that is foggy as it has lost a seal; we have ordered replacement glass. We attend to all maintenance issues promptly as we take great pride in our Holiday Home Rentals.

Fabulous Princeville Home

A perfect home for a large family looking to stay on the north side of Kauai. Excellent location, near great beaches, and close to the town of Hanalei. We cooked almost nightly to enjoy the views from the upstairs balcony. Highly recommend!

Peaceful, family friendly & comfortable!

The Mokihana house is a wonderful & spacious home for your Kauai vacation! Plenty of amenities included in the house, lots of kitchen appliances to make just about any type of meal you’d like! The bedrooms were cozy, well appointed & gave everyone the space they needed when we all retired for the night! We had a great stay!

Perfect Family or Friends Retreat

This is a great property! Three couples shared this beautiful home, with plenty of room to spare. It completely changed our plans- we cooked in because the facilities and grounds are so beautiful. Dramatic Mountain views, very well maintained, wonderful outdoor spaces- just can’t say enough about this place.

Sister's birthday

Princeville is the place to stay and the Mokihana House is a beautiful location with views of the mountains, great walking trails and minutes from beautiful Hanalei beach. The house is prefectly designed for a large family or multi families.
