Set amidst lush, garden landscape and just steps from the resort's tropical pool and poolside lounging area, this beautiful Princeville vacation home can be your base for all the activities Kauai has to offer, or you can spend your days relaxing, meditating or heading out for all-day adventures.

Within walking distance is a world-class golf course, beautiful tennis courts and some of the most romantic beaches: Anini beach, Secret beach, Hanalei bay, hideaway's Beach. Within a minutes' drive, you have access to over 23 North Shore beaches, and coves tucked into Princeville's cliffs, you can also enjoy the breathtaking views of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai.

Quaint Hanalei Town – bordering awesome Hanalei Bay – is a short 10-minute drive away, offering shopping and a variety of eateries, from small, home-town cafes to elegant dining. The Kilauea Point Lighthouse, built in 1913 was a navigational aid for commercial shipping between Hawai'i and Asia, stands as a monument to Hawai'i's colorful past.

Princeville is a golfer's paradise, featuring 36 holes in two world-class championship courses–the Prince Golf Course and the Makai Golf Course–both of which have consistently been ranked among the best in the country.

This lovely vacation rental will be a perfect home-away-from-home. The main bedroom (upstairs) is your own private hide-a-way with, TV, en-suite bath with separate shower and soaking tub. Each of the other two bedrooms (downstairs) is also exquisitely appointed with queen beds, Hawaiian touches and tropical views.

The gourmet kitchen features granite counters, eating bar, custom kitchen cabinets, and all new appliances including a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and coffee grinder, top of the line dinnerware and glassware. There is also a lanai off of the dining room.

While central air-conditioning is available, it is not necessary since you will be naturally touched by ample refreshing trade winds when opening the windows and sliders. The ceiling fans throughout the house usually eliminate the need for A/C when you combine them with the daily tropical breeze. The use of ceiling fans instead of central air-conditioning has become more common and popular throughout Kauai, and energy conservation is truly appreciated by everyone.

There is a two car garage and an in-unit washer and dryer. All furnishings and decor are of the highest quality.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property is beautiful and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook dinners, and the living room had new, comfortable couches where our family could relax together, watch TV, and enjoy each other’s company. The bedrooms were clean and inviting, and we really appreciated being able to use the beach gear—especially the cooler, which was perfect for packing lunches and drinks. We stayed for 6 nights and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great Condo!

This condo was better than we expected! The couch in the living room is brand new and comfy, not the one pictured, which was a pleasant surprise. The condo had everything we needed and the property is beautiful! We are a family of 6 and we were all very comfortable during our stay.

Absolutely great vacation rental. The entire home was clean, comfortable and came with a lot of extras. We had access to all the beach “needs”, such as beach chairs, boogie boards, flippers and goggles. It had it all, just like home. Highly recommended. It was great!

I hate leaving anything but five star reviews but hopefully a few constructive comments will be helpful to the owners and property managers. The house was clean and fit our needs, and we enjoyed staying in the heart of princeville. Location was great for the price. For the constructive criticism, I’m comparing this to the dozens of other rentals we’ve stayed in. I understand that the owners are trying to conserve electricity but we walked into a very hot condo after a long day of traveling. The AC was not on and it was cooler outside than inside. It took us a long time to get the house to 75 degrees. So perhaps someone can cool the condo before the guests arrive. Second, there is a wonderful pool and hot tub areas with bbq’s. However, we did not have any bbq utensils available to us. The property managers were very responsive but eventually they told us we could buy our own and they would reimburse us. Third, the toys in the garage that are offered are in a bit of disrepair. There was a foam surfboard that was waterlogged and unusable and two of the three bikes had flat tires that when pumped up kept deflating. We had to stick the bike pump in our backpack to ride around so we could keep pumping up the tires. And lastly, some of the vertical blinds in the downstairs bedroom are missing, which is why my daughter kept changing in the bathroom. All of these are minor but the reason for my four star review. I think a few small fixes would make this property competitive.

Hello-The staff was very easy to do Business with. They were kind, professional and responsive The condo we rented in Princeville was a dream come true. Clean, neat and fully stocked with all that is needed on the daily. The dedicated garage for our rental was a Bonus and it made coming and going very easy. We will definitely be back next year. We do a yearly vacation to Kauai and are completely happy and satisfied with our last trip. Thank you,Jimmy and Alany Wouters.

Great place! Exactly as advertised.

This condo is a perfect home base for anyone wanting to enjoy the North Side of Kauai. Grounds are very nice, so is the pool. Condo is clean. Management company was easy to deal with. Check in was easy. Only downside to this place is lack of patio or outside space. However, we would rather be at the beach and exploring. So we didn’t want or need that. Overall, great place that we would utilize again. We love the slower pace of Hanalei/Princeville. No place like it!

Great for teen family!

We've been to Kauai multiple times and found that Princeville fits our preferences best. This condo was incredible comfortable in layout and furnishings. It really had everything we needed to really feel at home. Additionally, all the extras in the garage were fantastic and made our trip that much better. The ONLY thing we would change is a larger lanai, but that's really it. The checkout process was also very easy which we have found isn't always the case with VRBOs. We would definitely consider staying here again. It really was quite wonderful!

Very clean and comfortable. Nice beds. Super quiet neighborhood. Master up and two bedroom downstairs was not ideal for our young ones. Cloths washer downstairs across from bedrooms was super loud as well as the dishwasher was loud upstairs so had to do all the washing while away site seeing. Patio was really small and we did not use it. Lots of beach gear was great but lots of it was old. Also just a fyi to rent vehicle with roof rake to enjoy them. The property management seems over complicated and expensive for the service provided.

We were very pleased with our stay in Princeville. The condo was welcoming and ready to go on our arrival. It was clean and well stocked. As a family with two kids and two grandparents with us, the condo worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable, the location was perfect, and we enjoyed having the use of beach equipment. I highly recommend this location and will hopefully stay here again!
