BBQ are is available in the 1rst floor of the building the cost for using it is 100 soles, there is also a pool thats available during summer.

The apartment is located in front of the ocean so the view is amazing and the area is the best as well.

Many shops and restaurants can be find in this area.

Surf shops with lesson for 50 soles can be found right in front of the apartment in the beach area.

There are stairs to get to the beach right in front of the apartment.

Good view and location

View is spectacular. Great location. Good restaurants nearby and east/cheap taxi to city center. Right on the ocean and near walking paths. Property manager was very attentive. The only downside was it was not very clean. The place has seen some wear since the pictures were taken. And we got stuck in the elevator once. Overall good choice.

Amazing apartment best stay in Peru

I was very happy with this apartment, the view is beautiful, the location is great in front of the ocean and the apartment it self very comfortable! 100% recomended!
